GoogleI emailed them as I did not know how to access my apartment's DP distribution point. The quick response I got along with the fact that the block manager came and knocked on my door to sort it out was really impressive. Mr. Gareth Barnes was so helpful and professional.

GoogleBefore I begin please refer to the other negative reviews, particularly from a contractor appointed by RRPM. This company promise much but deliver little. Staff find the easiest route to doing as little as possible and only seem motivated when push comes to shove. They are quick to use legal statutes 'Section 20' etc as a way of covering their lack of motivation to seek a swift resolution to issues. When we as leaseholders offered them possible solutions they then hold this against us and cite them as reasons for inaction on their behalf. Finally, if someone posted a negative review about your company would you email them saying their review is 'unbalanced' and ask them to change it or would you try and solve the problem ... Dear Chirayush, Legislation is there to protect all leaseholders, we cannot pick and choose which parts of this that we follow and which parts we do not. At a recent meeting a number of the leaseholders stated they wanted direct involvement in which contractors were used, this included the cleaner. It later turned out that the cleaner chosen to carry out the work recommended by the group did not and would not purchase the relevant insurance to carry out this regular work. A new cleaner was appointed from the quotes we obtained for you back in March and started work last week. As you have had direct involvement in which contractor was awarded the works, it is unfair to blame us for you picking a contractor that is not capable in carrying out the agreed scope of work. We provided you with a number of quotes from reputable companies who have all of the relevant insurances to protect you should something go wrong, instead these were dismissed and a search for the cheapest possible contractor was undertaken.

GoogleIn my 25 years of owning property this is by far the worst managing agent I have encountered. I seriously question their integrity. Very slow to respond to anything - literally months. The only thing they seem to do well is collecting money from you.

GoogleThe lift in my building (Red Lion Court) often breaks down, most recently this weekend, but each time it is reported, Lilly is quick to take action and get it sorted. The contractors aren’t the most reliable, but Lilly gives regular updates so we know what is going on and ensures the lift is always back in action as soon as possible.
