GoogleCalled RRM, Chloe Griffin and had my issues passed forward to the team quickly and very pleasant to talk to. Got an email back next day from Andria Brunning and 1 of the 2 issues resolved instantly and the other passed onto UK-CPM as the parking company is not doing their job or even responding to enquiries and emails.

Dear Leo, The Parking company attended and issued a ticket, in addition we wrote on the 24th and 31st Jan asking leaseholders to ensure they parked in their designated parking spaces. Whilst I sympathise with your predicament we are unable to do anything else given the law around parking enforcement preventing clamping and forcibly removing the offending vehicle. At all times we ask residents and there guest to park respectfully in their designated parking bays only.

Googlewe recently moved our account to Red Rock Management. All the staff seemed quite on the ball. Especially Chloe Collar in accounts. She took lot of interest and spent a lot of time to streamline all the loose ends and brought the accounts statements up to date in a matter of days. I was very pleased and impressed with her efforts.

I find all the RRPM Team extremely responsive and I know from personal experience that this uncommon.My most recent dealing this week was with Stacy Head in Credit Control who agreed a payment plan with me within hours of writing and removed a charge that had been wrongly added. In the past, stacey has also been really helpful with a few other payment plans over the years..So thank you
