GoogleI have had the opportunity to interact with different Red Rock personnel over a couple of years with respect to managing a property. Amongst others, I commend Stacy Head specifically. It is my strong belief that when you experience good customer service, it should be commended. Stacy has shown the consistent drive to ensure the right customer experience at all times as well as providing needed information and support promptly. Please keep up the good work.

I have been persistently asked to pay the fine fee of £90, because of just 2-3 weeks of late payment of service charge about 2 years ago. We did explained to management team that we neither received your letter norby e-mail to notify us that it was due. However, in good faith I called directly to your office, and point out to you the circumstances, and then paid it in full immediately.

GoogleI first dealt with Red Rock as a lessee, as I found them courteous and professional to deal with I have subsequently instructed them to act for me where I am the freeholder. I find that they respect the needs of both lessees and landlords, and that is always a trick balancing act for any agent.
