Bought a house with my partner through Connells. I was frequently not included in communications and had to rely on everything being forwarded. Their building surveyor did a reasonable job, but then refused to answer any follow up emails. I also found myself receiving a bunch of marketing emails that I didn't sign up for, and had to repeatedly ask them to stop. When I did speak to office staff directly, they were helpful and pleasant, but dealing with the company as a whole has been a rotten experience.

After a terrible experience dealing with some of the competitors in the area, I gave Connells a go after hearing positive reviews from some acquaintances, and I am so glad that I did. The whole process was smooth and structured from start to finish and all staff were incredibly professional explaining the entirety of the process thoroughly. Yasser, the branch manager was an absolute gem who was always on hand answering to my every query and helped put my mind at ease many a time. I was kept in the loop consistently which is a rarity from my dealings with other estate agents. From the initial consultation to the aftercare is second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending this branch to others and look forward to bringing any future dealings their way. Fantastic service, top class!

I would really recommend Connells Bearwood as Punam Gogna (my morgage adviser) helped me out when I couldn’t get my head around some of the offers that were out there. I had to sort out three morgages to buy one house and Punam helped me by drawing it out so that I could visualise costs and expenses that I had to pay. She sorted it out and my morgages were all under control. Thank you to Connells Bearwood and their amazing morgage adviser, Punam, who helped me through this stressful time.

This is worst branch of Connells, If you have plenty of time to waste then you can go to them and at the they will do nothing for you without wasting your time. I will never go to Connells Bearwood again and never recommend them to anyone.

Avoid. Can't spell your name, lost pictures of the property for marketing, can't do basic word processing and alignment of property particulars, don't know that it's 2016 not 2015.... The list is endless. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable in this day and age. Problems with specific staff seem to result in that person not working there any longer so nothing can be done. Don't waste your time and save your blood pressure. Go elsewhere for sales and lettings.

Connells rented out ny property within a few weeks which was great. I live abroad and worked a lot with the entire team who were very polite and informative regarding the renting process. Yasser the manager is amazing he has provided leadership, great communication for me and has always made himself available at all hours due to the time differences. I hope to put further properties through this branch.

This agent in my experience select buyers based on the added commisions that they can earn. Once they realised that i did not require their finacial services they were not interested in pursuing my offer. They did not contact me despite repeated promises and did not anwer many of my emails.
