GoogleWe’re buying a property through Connells, Bearwood at the moment. Jeevan, the agent who showed us around is great. Very professional, polite and courteous. He’s always happy to help, and communicates well. I have known him for a while and he is always making an effort to find us properties. A great agent to work with 👍

GoogleAfter having some awful experiences with estate agents in the past I was very happy with the brilliant service I had from Shaz. She really did everything she could to help me in my situation and it’s nice to know there are some good estate agents out there!

GoogleApparently unable to consider a house offer until you follow ‘their process’ which involved seeing their mortgage advisor to identify what mortgage they could offer based on your circumstances although a mortgage had already been secured through a third party, never heard of such a process. Very rude and unprofessional mannerisms and that’s when someone actually answered the phone.

GoogleI had an amazing experience renting my flat. Parminder helped me tremendously and made the whole process seem easy and efortless. She was very understanding with the fact that I was moving from Switzerland and did everything to accommodate my needs. I strongly recommend Connells.

GoogleLots of spin and talk. They send you lots of emails and text messages to set up accounts and confirm appointments…. Unfortunately no one shows up for the valuation appointment. If this is how they treat sellers I fear for potential buyers. Avoid.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleConnells In Bearwood have been really good through out the process for selling our property and handling our morgage etc. Great team work, gave excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this Branch. I would personally like to Thank Ms Ponam and the Manager and the rest of the staff too for all there help.

GoogleLiterally begged the agent to allow me to put an offer for a flat we were interested in. No transparency, no communication despite sending emails and calling both the office and the agent’s mobile. Wouldn’t use or recommend Connells

GooglePoor service. Wanted to look at some properties with view to buying. You would be lucky if someone picks up the phone. Mess you around. Never reply to emails. Avoid as a waste of time. I am surprised that Connells name is on the board. There are better services available elsewhere.
