If you’re a seller, please do not risk using this estate agents. I am a buyer and I can’t even get hold of them to tell them I want to make an offer. I tried 4 times today and tried 3 times yesterday morning. I’m tempted to drop a note through the door of the property to get hold of the seller myself. They don’t deserve the commission.

1st time Buyer; Ehiya Ahmed - one of the best mortgage advisors I've come across, He really helped with everything which wasn't part of his job. 100% recommend him if anyones looking to mortgage or need mortgage advise. In my experience, this agency is completely unresponsive. I have never managed to get through on the phone without calling at least five times, it always goes to voicemail. Voicemails are never returned. I’ve had to chase them for every single update, to the point where it feels like I’m doing their job for them. Promises to call back are routinely broken. Overall, I’ve found them incompetent at every level and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Very poor. Connells knew very little about the house we were purchasing, and when we asked questions said they would find out and didn’t. It is extremely difficult to get hold of them on the phone, which caused issues with surveyor and contractors visiting the house for survey and quotes. Email communication was intermittent.
