GoogleConnels were very quick to arrange the contract and quick to take my money but hadn't bothered to check the flat before I moved in. It was a disaster. The place was filthy dirty - disgusting, the fixtures and furniture were all broken, electricity was turned off and couldn't get access to car park. Pam took no responsibility for the state of the place and just said it's my problem to sort out with landlord. Wouldn't recommend using them.

GoogleWe had a dealing with woman called Shannon from this branch. She was so rude and unprofessional. Will never go back. There are other agents in the area with more manner and professionalism. Also, I personally wouldn't trust these 1 or 2 reviews profiles who leave 5 stars.

GoogleWe went through to Connells Mid August and had a great fantastic experience. Scott and Luke provided and fabulous service and we managed to get a property within no time at all. Kept us updated throughout the process and also made the stresses of buying a property seem easy. Keeping us updated on the next stage etc whether this be by email or phone call. Communication we couldn't fault and overall a top class estate agents. Many thanks to Scott and Luke for their guidance and we succeeded in getting a new home.

GoogleWe completed on 17/03/2020, Our first purchase and I have to say connels is the right place to buy from. A big thanks to Punam Gogna (Mortgage advisor) for sorting everything out and always going the extra mile. She always kept us updated throughout the process and when our solicitor was being slow (even after giving him all our documents needed for completion) she got him to speed up. Highly recommend her and this branch.

GoogleAmazing service from both Karen and Belal! First time renting through an agency and it was a smooth transaction! We can't thank you enough! They truly went above and beyond their jobs to help and direct us! They were completely upfront about all details and were with us every step of the way!! From the moment he started dealing with my sale he did his utmost to ensure things went as smoothly as possible and that the sale progressed as quickly as possible. GooglePretty much impossible to get anyone on the phone. After months of trying I finally got someone that picked up but then they insist on you getting mortgage services with them otherwise you are refused a viewing. Just ridiculous and a nasty business tactic
Hello Ess, We are really surprised with this feedback, as this type of behaviour is not tolerated in our business, we have therefore listened to the call between you and the branch and at no point were you refused a viewing nor told you could not have a viewing without using our inhouse services. In fact YOU asked if you needed to see the mortgage consultant in order to get a viewing and it was confirmed to you this was not necessary. We did explain that there has been some challenges in gaining access to the property you were interested in for viewings and I know the branch are still trying to arrange this for you Best regards, Lucy, Customer Relations Team
