About Marsh Battersea

Marsh & Parsons Battersea Estate Agents is centrally located on Northcote Road SW11 and has both Sales and Lettings departments covering the whole of the Battersea area incorporating Clapham Junction, Clapham Common Northside, St John's Hill, Wandsworth to the West and the Battersea Park area to the North. The area is a commuters dream thanks to its excellent transport links to the West End and the City. Victorian houses and high quality conversions fill the pretty residential roads and provide a welcoming village atmosphere and strong community feel. The area 'between the commons' is also affectionately known locally as 'Nappy Valley' due to the large number of city, media and law professionals choosing it as the ideal location to start their families. With an excellent selection of good quality schools from both the state and private sector together with the wide open spaces of the local commons and parks (Wandsworth, Clapham and Battersea) it is easy to understand why it is such a popular location to put down some roots. Typical properties sold though the Battersea office range from good quality one and two bedroom converted flats, through to the many three, four and five bedroom houses found throughout SW11 right up to the large family homes situated on prestigious roads such as Granard, Thurleigh and those in the 'Toastrack'. There is also a wide variety of flats, from the mansion flats on prestigious Prince of Wales Drive to conversions and new developments attracting young professionals to the area who enjoy the 'buzz' of the Northcote Road with its market, wine bars, restaurants and eclectic mix of shops and boutiques.

Had a viewing arranged with Joe, but he was unavailable on his phone. When calling we understood that he had let the property but never let us know, and never picked up his phone on the day of the viewing. Very unprofessional.

Don't read Google reviews, but Trustpilot and you'll learn the truth about them: it's the worst estate agency! For example, various neighbours have already contacted this joke of an estate agency to ask to remove the marketing sign. They couldn't care less. It's about taking the money and running away with it for them, nothing else!

Various neighbours have contacted them several times to remove their sign outside the property, which has been left there for months, but they don't seem to care. It affects the aesthetics of the street but Marsh & Parsons don't seem to understand it. Money grabbing is more imporant eh.
