Marsh & Parsons Battersea Estate Agents is centrally located on Northcote Road SW11 and has both Sales and Lettings departments covering the whole of the Battersea area incorporating Clapham Junction, Clapham Common Northside, St John's Hill, Wandsworth to the West and the Battersea Park area to the North. The area is a commuters dream thanks to its excellent transport links to the West End and the City. Victorian houses and high quality conversions fill the pretty residential roads and provide a welcoming village atmosphere and strong community feel. The area 'between the commons' is also affectionately known locally as 'Nappy Valley' due to the large number of city, media and law professionals choosing it as the ideal location to start their families. With an excellent selection of good quality schools from both the state and private sector together with the wide open spaces of the local commons and parks (Wandsworth, Clapham and Battersea) it is easy to understand why it is such a popular location to put down some roots. Typical properties sold though the Battersea office range from good quality one and two bedroom converted flats, through to the many three, four and five bedroom houses found throughout SW11 right up to the large family homes situated on prestigious roads such as Granard, Thurleigh and those in the 'Toastrack'. There is also a wide variety of flats, from the mansion flats on prestigious Prince of Wales Drive to conversions and new developments attracting young professionals to the area who enjoy the 'buzz' of the Northcote Road with its market, wine bars, restaurants and eclectic mix of shops and boutiques.

GoogleThe worst agency I have dealt in in my life. We had four different property managers in less than one year and unfortunately none of them have been proven helpful. I never write reviews but I don't want anyone to experience what we've been through. If you can avoid, avoid. They don't reply to any messages unless you involve the head office and when they do you will have to wait two weeks before anyone gets back to you. We've now got serious problems in our flat which will probably affect our health AND be a financial burden for the owner.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI would like thank the team at Marsh and Parsons for there assistance in the sale of my house on St John’s Hill. After trying to and failing to sell the house with Savills I then instructed Charlie and his team. The team immediately increased the number of viewing and applicants through the door. The team provided regular feed back and where always on hand if i had any questions. The service was excellent and far out stripped that of our other agent. The team ended up finding two suitable buyers the first was not proceed-able for certain reasons, the second buyer was chain free and able to purchase the property in a timely manner paying cash on completion. Team secured a record price for the property and the road. Thank you very much to Charlie and the team.

GoogleThere is a dream team at M&P Northcote Road in the shape of Charlie and Rory. They took on my property to sell six months ago and achieved a remarkable result despite having to navigate through 5 offers and some very difficult circumstances. They never flinched a second and were persistent, patient, kind, thoughtful and determined. They gave me a wonderful service and I could not recommend them more highly. I have bought and sold a lot of property in the past, but have never encountered such a delightful, switched-on and efficient team as that at Northcote Road. Thank you so much both of you. Tx

FacebookAhead of putting out house on the market, we saw a number of different agents. Marsh and Parsons were very open, professional and friendly, and - as first time sellers - dispelled many of the impressions I had of estate agents. Throughout the process the whole team were a credit to the company, with a large number of viewings, well coordinated and no hard sell when we had a few offers which were slightly below the asking price. They eventually secured an offer at asking price, and this came from an agent in another Marsh and Parsons office. Charlie and Rory cordinated this perfectly, and along with Aileen from the other office, the sales process was smooth from start to finish. I wouldn't think twice in recommending Marsh and Parsons, and can't imagine a better team to work with than the one Charlie leads.

GoogleCharlie, Suzanne and the team in the Northcote Road were excellent. We had tried other agents, but preferred the more direct and honest approach offered by M&P. Their sales team were definitely sharper than our previous agent's; they found a good buyer and they maintained that relationship through some difficult times while we missed out on onward purchases. They ultimately got the job done at a difficult time in the housing market when we were desperate to move.

GoogleThis real estate agent was fine, until it came time to leave the property. Extremely disrespectful staff, especially when it came to viewings. I had a women named Charlotte who thought it would be okay to just come over with a potential tenant without telling me, and for some reason can't understand that working from home means I cannot have people inside the flat whilst I'm in meetings, how hard is that to understand? Then she would moan that she couldn't have access to the flat 24/7, I was happy to take viewings at any other time. Then the claims of the security deposit, they wanted to take out over 200 pounds to change light bulbs and change a small toilet flush that was already broken when I moved in. Don't bother with them, judging by all the recent reviews here there quality has gone down hill recently.
