About Marsh Battersea

Marsh & Parsons Battersea Estate Agents is centrally located on Northcote Road SW11 and has both Sales and Lettings departments covering the whole of the Battersea area incorporating Clapham Junction, Clapham Common Northside, St John's Hill, Wandsworth to the West and the Battersea Park area to the North. The area is a commuters dream thanks to its excellent transport links to the West End and the City. Victorian houses and high quality conversions fill the pretty residential roads and provide a welcoming village atmosphere and strong community feel. The area 'between the commons' is also affectionately known locally as 'Nappy Valley' due to the large number of city, media and law professionals choosing it as the ideal location to start their families. With an excellent selection of good quality schools from both the state and private sector together with the wide open spaces of the local commons and parks (Wandsworth, Clapham and Battersea) it is easy to understand why it is such a popular location to put down some roots. Typical properties sold though the Battersea office range from good quality one and two bedroom converted flats, through to the many three, four and five bedroom houses found throughout SW11 right up to the large family homes situated on prestigious roads such as Granard, Thurleigh and those in the 'Toastrack'. There is also a wide variety of flats, from the mansion flats on prestigious Prince of Wales Drive to conversions and new developments attracting young professionals to the area who enjoy the 'buzz' of the Northcote Road with its market, wine bars, restaurants and eclectic mix of shops and boutiques.

Out of all the agencies that I have signed up with, Anthony from Marsh & Parsons Battersea has been the most helpful and found our dream rental flat in less than a week. He listened to us and made sure to only show us properties that we would be interested in, walked us through the process of making an offer, giving references and made it as easy as possible. This is a review for Jack, Harry, David and the rest of the team at the Northcote Road office: Firstly I must acknowledge I was certainly not the easiest client to deal with at times! What a wonderful experience it has been! The team led by Jack are so super good! My flat went under offer very fast! David the agent secured the price I wanted- which I was thrilled about. They also found a really lovely and committed buyer! Harry was always available to answer calls and deal with my concerns. He was super efficient and very polite at all times- even when I was having a hissy fit! Jack stepped in at the end. I have recently exchanged on the purchase of my first property through Marsh and Parsons with the help of Negin. Since the first viewing, Negin was friendly and helpful and she remained in contact throughout the whole process and was always very easy to get hold of and answer any queries that I had. I can’t thank her enough for her help when buying my first flat and getting the whole process completed in under 8 weeks! Would fully recommend Marsh and Parsons and particularly Negin.

Charlie and Rory were so wonderful to deal with. I had a flat to sell while I was living abroad, which was tricky to manage, and they could not have been more helpful during the entire process. They were able to support me with the selling process and always kept me informed at every stage. A complete delight to deal with and couldn't recommend them enough.
