Marsh and Parsons were great in every way! My property had been on the market for a while and was struggling to sell. I received a number of letters from Marsh and Parsons offering to give a second opinion, which were non-pushy and helpful and so thought I'd give it a try. Martin gave me a view on how to best re-market it, he discussed with me a range of potential local buyers who would be interested and within a couple of weeks of me switching to him, I had 3 buyers making competitive offers. Negin, was excellent too and supported me throughout - the viewings, offer and post offer processes were very smooth, with frequent contact, helping to resolve issues and then stepping in to finalise the exchange and completion. They also connected me with a great lawyer who had strong experience in international sales (as I'm in Australia) and through them a currency broker. Thanks so much, Marsh and Parsons!
