GoogleAs an experienced landlord, I was looking for another agency to the one I had been using for about 10 years. Rachel and her team were very helpful and informative and to my surprise, very quickly found potential tenants who unfortunately backed out. It may have been guarantor cold feet as the tenants were a young couple with 1st London jobs and in a more expensive area of London.
Unfortunately for M&P, the original agency then found a tenant whom I accepted.
