Charlie and Richard in the Battersea office are the best! Richard found me two buyers within in the first week of marketing at a strong price and handled the legal process expertly. From the offer being accepted to exchange and completion it took just over three weeks and there was very little stress felt on my side. I couldn't be happier with the realistic valuation, proactive and efficient marketing and the ultimate result and great service. I highly recommend the guys in the Battersea office!

Fast, efficient and friendly

As a landlord, when a current tenant chooses to leave its a stressful time. The team at Marsh and Parsons (Northcote road) have been wonderful in handling the process. Finding new tenants, formally checking them out and having the papers signed within a week. They are thorough in their offering, with a menu approach of what you can choose they do, and what you (as landlord) agree to cover yourself. A friendly team, they are swift to respond to calls and emails, and willing to go beyond their remit in offering guidance throughout the process.

My partner and I had just one weekend to find a flat to rent, as he was living abroad (soon to be moving to London) and we were both very busy. March and Parsons found us a perfect flat - exactly what we were looking for, though at the very upper end of our budget - and made the settling in process pretty easy. Since then they've been managing the property and have been extremely helpful and responsive to our minor complaints/issues (broken washing machine, leaking pipe). Every issue has been addressed quickly, with minimal fuss and no extra fees. They are also always polite and patient. I would definitely recommend them to a friend looking for a new home to rent.

Having struggled to sell our flat with another agent, Charlie managed our sale excellently. He was able to get good numbers through the door and very quickly we received an offer that we were very happy with. Charlie S and James D went above and beyond - even fielding calls through the Christmas period. I would definitely recommend Marsh & Parsons. You get access to a wide group of buyers from their various offices whilst maintaining that personal, independent feel. Whilst they were a little more expensive, it was well worth it.

My experience with Marsh and Parsons recently has improved I have found a good support in particular by Emma and Daniel. They have gone the extra mile to meet my expectations and I am sure they will continue in this way. If I have to be picky I would just say, having been such a loyal customer to M&P at this stage I would expect some advantages from the M&P corporate side. Apart form this I am happy.

Quality service and they always deliver

I have been renting out my house with M&P for a few years now. They are phantastic, lovely people, very efficient, especially the Northcote Road branch. Not too pushy, but always found tenants straight away when I needed them. I would recommend a let only though, as my experiences with their central management department were not as great. But overall a really good agency I can wholeheartedly recommend.
