I have had a lovely experience with Monica Bruton! Trying to find suitable rented accommodation during a pandemic has been very stressful, but the experience with Andrews, especially Monica, has made this a lot easier. She was very responsive, emailed/called me as soon as there was any other interest on the properties that I was interested in, and kept me in the loop whenever there was a delay with getting the video of a property (due to current tenants not responding).

This is the second time that we have let our property with Andrews. We had a very positive experience the first time round and so we didn’t hesitate to go through them again. We haven’t been disappointed. Monica and Kate have both been very helpful indeed. Monica was particularly proactive in marketing our property and worked extremely hard to find us the right tenants. She always gave sound and well considered advice and we were impressed by her willingness to sort out any issues, either with paperwork or practical issues. Kate also very kindly arranged for the redecoration of the property in our absence, and with which we were very pleased. A very professional service all round.

I personally have nothing but positive things to say about the team at the Andrews Bath (Princes Buildings), having been on the receiving end of prompt responses and helpful guidance aplenty over a two-and-a-half-year period. In addition to this, long after I moved abroad, Rebecca Davis went above and beyond to locate additional documents relating to my tenancy, which I was stunned to receive mere minutes after requesting them. Sarah Bryant visited our Bath flat and advised on a likely rent and on the process of renting through Andrews. We opted to use Andrews as an agent mainly because Sarah did such a good job explaining the service in a very friendly and business like way. We were handed over to Stephanie and Molly who organised viewings - they were great to work with and got back quickly to all our queries. Molly did most of the viewings and the property had tenants within about two weeks. Molly kept in touch to answer queries about things like cleaning and inventories which was very helpful. We'd happily let property via Sarah, Stephanie and Molly again.

It has been a painful experience dealing with Andrews. Unfortunately we really liked the property and decided to rent however I would not do business with Andrews by choice. The were pushy and rude stressing numerous documents, credit checks, trips to bath to sign & show passports - rushing to complete before the end of the month. Then surprise surprise we get the keys and no one cares anymore! They use associated companies to do handover, inventory, credit checks therefore communication has to be repeated numerous times with various people/ staff. Moved into the property and still awaiting to sign inventory and discuss all things previously agreed to be completed. No garage key, boiler room/ cupboard lock broken - (carbon monoxide alarm went off 2nd day and couldn't get in to turn off) various paint/ plastering marks agreed to be touched up prior to move in etc etc. Been in communication various times with Sarah who is 'managing' our property, however I am always the one calling, chasing. When I asked what was the latest with everything on the inventory and when will everything be completed the response I got was 'can you put everything that was on the inventory in an email?' - Sorry is it too much effort to get the report form the company YOU CHOSE to do the handover with? Or shall I the client spend another hour going through everything for the third time for you? Still waiting for all of the above to resolved, moved into the property 15 days ago. Received an email from Andrews asking me to leave a review - So as you requested Andrews here is my feedback!!

Sam who we dealt with was great and such a nice chap. In fact, every single member of the Andrews team we dealt with was extremely warm and friendly - this is absolutely the best bit about dealing with Andrews. Some communication took a little longer than hoped and required chasing up, but I was never waiting long after prompting and I think that is more a reflection of the current (summer 2022) property climate and how busy things are than anything else. This is the only area I'd particularly note for improvement. Whilst much can be done online when working with Andrews, at any stage I have been able to pick up the phone and have somebody assist me very quickly.
