I was blown away with the levels of service I received! I was caught in stressful circumstances with a short amount of time to find a new home, busy with work and covid making normal life difficult. However after a quick and safe visit to this branch, Monica Bruton made the entire transition effortless. She was helpful from day one up until our move-in date and beyond, and made the entire process as straightforward as possible. From making sure that our viewing was Covid compliant with social distancing, to raising maintenance issues before our move-in date, Monica has been super throughout. So I recently had a slight mishap with returning some keys (accidentally going in the wrong letterbox!) and Monica was an absolute delight. She phoned me back when I wasn't able to get through to the office, and volunteered to take a few minutes out of her lunch break to put them through the right letterbox. I was blown away, especially nowadays, that someone was so willing to go above and beyond to help someone out they had no financial ties for. I might not be letting a property with Andrews and paying them agency fees, but I'm hoping this review at least might encourage others to take their business to Andrews (and remind Monica's manager what an exemplary member of the team she is!)PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
