All the team were a delight to deal with and their helpful, professional and knowledgeable approach was a breath of fresh air. Andy especially was amazing throughout the buying process and he ensured everything ran smoothly and was always on hand to answer any questions we had or deal with any problems we needed resolving. He totally understood the stress involved in selling two properties 200 miles away at the same time as buying in Bath and his cheerful, patient approach made all the difference. We would most certainly use Whiteley Helyar again for any future purchases or sales.

GoogleWe decided to use an estate agent that was not the cheapest but appeared to deliver a higher quality service. They delivered exactly what they said - sold the house within the timescale they said (of which I was doubtful) the photos were excellent and communication good. They were honest with their realism of the market and their advice was invaluable. Especially through the stressful times. What I also liked was the way the team played to their strengths - this really worked. The humour was brilliant. My only one thing that would improve the service would be if they could text following a viewing so we could know when to go home.
