GoogleWhiteley Helyar have recently sold a property for me. I have always been disappointed with the performance of estate agents in the past but Rupert (of WH) has restored my faith. He was like a dog with a bone, he wouldn't let go until he was satisfied that he had found the right buyer for me and constantly kept me informed right up to the day of completion. I would use Whiteley Helyar again without a second thought.

They stayed on top of the process, kept everyone informed, helped to overcome the inevitable hiccup, and formed a strong link in the chain of surveyors, solicitors etc. On top of that they are vey responsive and kept everyone smiling throughout. I like a team with a sense of humour when things get tense!

Even bombarding them and their lovely office with my delightful toddler and baby each time we dropped in never phased them . I'd leave them 6 stars for that alone !
