I can’t fault Gareth’s performance throughout my search for a property in the St Margaret’s area of Twickenham.Always responded to queries quickly and effectively, and with complete professionalism.Sorted. viewing and paperwork with as little hassle as required and as soon as the keys were handed over after care service was very helpful.Its never an easy experience to move homes but Gareth and Chase made it as stress free as possible

Awful. Unprofessional and straight rude. Me and 3 of my mates where lied about the start date when told in person and no attempt was made for it to be changed. We were bullied into to signing a tenancy agreement. And now they are with-holding our deposits after the landlord withdrew from our application which breaks government legislation. The manager of the Twickenham branch is very confrontational and was rude and highly unprofessional to one of my mates parents. Highly recommend to stay away from them

Definite Bullies!. BE CAREFUL!! They will tell you what you want to hear just to get you to sign. This is all that matters to them, and once you sign they will be on to the next, casting you aside as a tenant. If anything breaks such as heating and hot water you will be left to your own devices. Someone may text or email you the following day if you leave a message on the EMERGENCY hotline, and talk you through trying to fix it. (do not expect a call). I cannot workout how there are good reviews when others who I have spoken to have the same issues.

GoogleImpressive customer service. After a booking error on my initial viewing I have been immensely impressed by the customer service offered by Fidelis. I received two calls from them in the following days (including one from the company owner Patrick who had made a donation to charity as an acknowledgement of the error and outlined how it had occurred) and set up another viewing for the following week. The agent we met for the viewing (Mark) was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable; sharing his experiences and providing insights on repairs the property would need and the quotes they had received for work of that type In summary, I am hard-pressed to recall a better customer service experience than the one I have had from Fidelis. They take their work very seriously and the high standards they hold themselves to is admirable in this day and age. Needless to say, I would recommend them.

GoogleMy sale was an emotional one, as it was selling my childhood home of 54 years, after losing Mum and Dad. Patrick gave the correct advice and we marketed at a price which created great interest, with 25 viewings in 3 days and 11 offers, we went to best and finals. Working together we choose the right buyers. The whole process was hassle free, communications was great all the way through, I couldn't recommend them enough.

I met Annalise first when she came to value my property and right from the start she was very professional, sincere, knowledgeable and really warm and caring. She made me feel well looked after and I felt like I could trust her. Right from the start I picked up on the fact that their standards are very high and this was very comforting and reassuring as that was exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the process, I was kept informed on everything and felt that they were very respectful despite the fact that I was a first time landlord. I couldn't ask for better service and couldn't be happier! If you're looking for great service and perfecting standards, these guys are hard to beat!
