GoogleI've been Helping someone move into a flat and they have Been poorly treated through the entire process of setting up renting a flat most unhelpful people and it's kinda confusing considering all the high praise and awards thay have hopefully it's just a one of and we just unlucky with our experience with them

GoogleI do not recommend this agency. after the end of the contract, they would most likely take the entire deposit. And if anything from this deposit is left, you have to ask and its return in response to e-mails say that they cannot do anything about it ... I advise you to avoid it.
Thank you for your review. We have investigated your comments and unfortunately we did not manage your property or protect your deposit. This was dealt with directly between your landlord and yourselves. As explained when you visited our office, the deposit protection service will only speak with the tenants and not us for obvious security reasons. As an office I can assure you the team did everything they could to support you within the boundaries set out by the deposit protection company.

GoogleWe are previous home owners who are renting while we settle in Bath, ahead of buying a home to put down roots. Always tricky to go back to renting having been a home owner, but Bath Stone agents have been extremely good to deal with. Sarah in their lettings team has exceptional client service ethos and follows-up on any issues quickly and calmly. Impressive stuff.
