If i could give 0 stars i would.The absolute worst experience i have had. renting a property and given no good reason why we had to leave after a year with the home not being fit to live for many months (they have their own property management team) having moved out 2 months ago they still have not given us back our deposit for reasons so ridiculous i cant imagine who could sit and think of them. Would absolutely not recommend and causing so much grief getting responding emails only every 7-10 days if we are lucky. We continue to not receive our money back after being promised its return and all required banking information given to them.over 2 months delaying our deposit returned is in breach of the contract we and them signed.overall - Disgusted

if i could give zero stars i would. trying to sell a house no contact for over 5 weeks - then no explanation as to why, suddenly 3 viewings but no feed back. had numerous calls about buying their conveyancing tho even after i had terminated the contract. so they dont communicate with each other.dont waste your time, they never pick up the phone, return messages or speak to thier clients, walk awaywish i'd read these reviews before signing up with them
