I find the Andrews people at Keynsham extremely helpful. They keep me updated with all issues and ask for permission prior to any spend requests. They also have a practical approach allowing them to balance the interests of both the landlord and the tenants. In particular I find Molly Scott, Chemaine Shean and Melanie Whytehead of particular help in the last few months. Many thanks to all at Andrews Letting.
