GoogleCurrently in the middle of securing our first 2-bed rental property as sharers, and were worried that letting agents would disregard us as many places prefer professional couples. Absolutely not the case, however, as we’ve now managed to secure a property through Andrews! Sami was our first contact for viewing the property and we’ve since spoken to Lucinda, who have both been incredibly responsive and helpful- so much so that it took less than 2 working days from us putting in our application to approval! We’ve still yet to finalise all the paperwork etc., but I have no doubt that Lucinda will continue to help us through it and we’ll have no issues moving in at the end of July. :) Definitely recommend Andrews!PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleAfter my experience with Georgia Burrows at the Keynsham branch I would definitely recommend the company to any of my friends and family! As a first time buyer and having nothing to do with the housing market previously, I was quite worried that I would be lost in all the jargon and processes. However, Georgia was brilliant when giving me simple advice that I actually understood and ended up referring me for mortgage advice. The staff at this branch make time for you and your queries rather than just seeing you as another workload. Not a pleasant experience from the buyer's perspective. They basically did nothing that was exceptional apart from chasing me with calls to speed things up despite that it wasn't me delaying things as the property didn't have the required documents to confirm eligibility for a mortgage to start with then the Sellers wanted to delay the completion date. However, they did offer conveyancing and mortgage services in house but would not trust they would act to my benefit so I didn't choose them (hence probably I wasn't the desired Client to bring some extra ££) as it was clear to me they wanted to make a deal ASAP. Again, from the Buyer's perspective, it was completely useless service from WOT office in Bristol with no extra added value (just so you know the state of the house when received the keys was far away from ready to move & clean, but yes I know it's not a legal requirement) So therefore I cannot think of any 'wow' moment.

As a result of her finding me a professional cleaner for an end-of-tenancy clean, my new tenants were able to move in on time to a clean flat. Thank you!

Andrews took over management of our property. They promised excellent service and communication and a full management service that meant I would not have to manage the property. From day 1 of tenants moving into the property, I was given wrong or incomplete information, I had to chase Andrews to do their job and when they didn't do what they were supposed to do they lied about it to cover their backs after taking 6weeks to respond to me after tenants reported problems at the property. Further to this, when I enquired why they were holding money on my account, it took the regional manager to tell me what it was for as the staff and branch manager couldn't figure it out and when I asked why this money was held for several months unnecessarily I was simply ignored. I asked to leave and move to another company and have been waiting for several weeks for the branch manager to get back to me. Another company has taken over management but I am still awaiting responses to ongoing complaints. During all this I found out that neighbours have complained about the tenants and I was not notified and I'm disappointed as it was dealt with wrong and had I been contacted the complaint would have been resolved for a better outcome for the tenant. The entire service from Andrews has been stressful and upsetting and taken up far more of my time than necessary. Communication and basic property management has been poor and the branch manager has taken responsibility and apologised but failed to reply to get a resolution.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, and most of all we were so impressed with how efficient and proactive you were - we didn't need to chase or wait for anything, you were always two steps ahead. Thanks to the brilliant efforts of Bailey and James at Andrews Letting in Bristol, I think I have found some great tenants for my flat. This is the first time I have let out my flat and I was feeling apprehensive. I have received great support from Andrews throughout the process. When Bailey showed prospective tenants around he made sure he passed over information to them that I thought was important.
