GoogleA massive thank you to everyone at Property Explorer! We have rented through them and bought our first house through them! A massive thank you to the lovely Wendy who has always been a huge support throughout our 18 months of renting. Also, a massive thank you to Stuart who got us our mortgage. He has been there every step of the way making sure we got where we needed to be. He made it a very smooth experience for us. And lastly, I have to thank Kevin. This poor guy has been on an absolute roller coaster with our first purchase (along with Wendy and Stuart of course). Kevin has been fighting our corner and in my eyes truly went above and beyond to help us get our first home. What a journey!! So a huge thank you to all of you. I honestly cannot recommend you enough! Oh and anyone wanting a solicitor, Neale Turk are incredible! A massive thank you to Clare and Debbie and of course Jonathan who really got down to business! I will be using you all in future, no doubt about it!

GoogleWe used The Property Explorer to sell our flat, they were all absolutely brilliant! We had a few stumbling along the way, but they always stayed professional and calm and were always there to reassure us, which helped me and my wife, Kev was always at the end of the phone or to be contacted via email and was always happy to help with any issues we had! Thank you for all your help!! Definitely worth the 5 star rating!!

GoogleCannot rate the team at property explorer highly enough. Both the rental and purchase team were outstanding from start to finish. During our time as tenants we felt thoroughly cared for by Wendy, who sorted every issue empathically and promptly. Our mortgage handled expertly throughout by Stuart. And our purchase was fought for tooth and nail by Kev who we cannot thank enough. Our purchase was a difficult one with many hurdles, but Kev went above and beyond to make sure we got our house. Amazing customer service all round. I Highly recommend Kev and the team to anyone looking to purchase (or rent) in Basingstoke.

GoogleWhat a great team! A big thank you Oliver for your straight-talking, no faff, sound advice on the housing market and knowledge of house prices. From the initial stages, your photographer made the process of getting the pictures and video done so easy and processed them quickly to get us up for sale swiftly. Stuart, your extensive knowledge of the current mortgage market and great advice on the best products available made the whole process a breeze. Through to the way Kevin dealt with our sale, with great patience and support and who kept me sane towards the end when things were getting a little frustrating! We couldn't recommend The Property Explorer enough. Thanks guys!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
Hi Heather Thank you for taking the time to review our services. Enjoy your new home! Best wishes, Oliver Brooks Company Director

GoogleWe chose to sell our property with Property Explorer and we knew it would be the right decision from the get go! Oliver introduced himself and unlike other estate agents we met, was down to earth, talked to you about your property and your interests instead of constantly sales pitching and importantly showed up with just a laptop of information! The need for all the paraphernalia isn't required and that was a small element that set Property Explorer apart from the rest. Oliver was readily available and quick to respond in getting the property on the market, using professional photographer including drone shots to best sell our house. Oliver then sent the listing for approval for us before going live. The team at Property Explorer were then great. From the team showing interested buyers the house all the way through. Kevin was so proactive through the final stages, constantly chasing solicitors, estate agents and keeping us updated whilst setting and managing our buyers expectations. Best estate agents in Basingstoke. Cant recommend enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am delighted that we have been able to successfully support your sale during this tricky time, moving house is never easy and all the more stressful during a pandemic!! All the very best in your home. Best wishes, Oliver.

GoogleMortgage products Have just moved home and needed a new mortgage. I cannot recommend Stuart highly enough from the point of application through to completion Stuart was always on hand to help. He has a great knowledge of the current market and was able to advise on different products available. Nothing was too much trouble and he helped smooth the way to a stress free completion. I have recommended him to friends and family and would not hesitate to use his services again when my current fixed term needs renewing.
Thanks for this Paula, I will pass your feedback on to Stuart. All the best in your new home, Oliver

GoogleProperty Explorer were helpful and professional throughout the sale of our house. The advertisement was dealt with quickly and looked great online, they managed the many viewings themselves and were great communicators with feedback. Regardless of who in the team I spoke to, each person knew what was going on with our house which shows what great communication they must have internally, this meant my queries could be dealt with by anyone and I felt assured whoever I spoke to was up to date. I never had to wait long for call backs, everything was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Danny was a super negotiator during our sale and after gave us great advice on dealing with offers we put in on other houses and finally in negotiating on our final chosen house. Post completions was bumpy, due to no fault of Property Explorer and Kevin was always good at keeping positive and chasing things along.
Thanks Hayley. Delighted to have supported both your sale and purchase, all the very best in your new home. Best wishes, Oliver.

GoogleOur experience with Simon was amazing. He was efficient, professional, and attentive. From the initial consultation to the final closing, he smoothly guided us through the process. One of the main qualities I would like to address is that communication was immediate and straightforward, with all of our concerns addressed swiftly. We appreciated Simon's commitment to understanding our needs and exceeding our expectations. If you're looking for a trustworthy agent in your property journey, look no further than Property Explorer. Highly recommended! Ritu & Ishwar

GoogleWe had to use a couple of different local agencies during selling process and Property Explorer had been the best partner in all aspects. They took time to provide feedback on each viewing, extremely courteous and pro-active. Kevin has been a super star and always available to answer any questions we had. He made the process of long chain much smoother for us with constant updates and follow-ups. Thank you so much, Kevin and the Property Explorer team.

Danny was really organised with houseviewings and understanding due to having a toddler. Kevin and Lisa were always there to answer emails and chase up any queries we had. As a team they always kept us up to date and helped keep the process as smooth as possible.

GoogleThis is a great estate agent for first time buyers because of their level of great professionality, knowledges and ethics! We began our process of hunting for a house back in July and fell in LOVE with a gorgeous house listed under Property Explorer (all the houses they list are fab!) - we put an offer in and it was accepted the next day! The agency were generous with their time and guided us all the way, displayed great standards of ethics and consideration and kept us fully updated all the way through! I want to give a special shout out to Kevin Cheeseman who has been managing our case and has been so great to deal with. I can only hope all first time buyers have an agent as wonderful as Kevin - his honesty, tenacity and kindness has kept our nerves and anxiety at bay even through the difficult parts of this process!

GoogleWe were extremely happy with the service from The Property Explorer, from the day of viewing, to the excellent mortgage broking service from Stuart, to the very efficient and diligent services of Hayley at Rowberry Morris, a referral for solicitors from the estate agent. Kevin ensured that the solicitors were talking to each other and Danny was available to assist when required. We would highly recommend their services if you are buying or selling a home.

GoogleProperty Explorer really supported me with the sale of my property which also supported my onward purchase, they were efficient, engaging and acted with integrity. They were completely open and honest and acted in the best interests of me. Before signing up with Property Explorer I was with another agency and I had had such a bad experience with them, that I was considering just taking my property off the market as I had lost faith with estate agents,. Property Explorer kept the communication between the buyers and me consistent and helped solved any issues we had. The sale of my flat when through so quickly and this was because of the support they provided.
Hi Sarah, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We’re delighted to hear that our team could restore your faith in estate agents and make the sale of your property a positive journey. Best wishes, The Property Explorer

TrustpilotThey had one job..
Viewed one of their properties last weekend. There was no unrestricted parking available anywhere in the area so after driving around for some time, we gave up and my partner viewed the property alone. The agent would've been well aware of the local parking restrictions and could've simply warned us in their booking email that parking nearly was very difficult - this would've been immensely helpful and allowed us to plan the viewing for a more comfortable experience.I complained about this on the phone, and the response I received was 'not everyone drives'...

TrustpilotHighly recommend The Property Explorer!
First time selling and they talked us through everything in great detail and were available at all times to help and advise us. With special thanks to Richard and John for all their support. Both of them went above and beyond to get the sale through and made me feel like we were in very safe hands. Although it was the first time for us selling, the experience was as stress free as it could have been thanks to them. Will definitely choose the company in future. 10/10!
