From our very first interaction right through to exchange, the service was flawless from top to bottom. Even at the very beginning, which now feels like a lifetime ago, booking and confirming viewings was handled more efficiently than with any other property we viewed. Communication was clear, prompt and organised. The information pack provided was thorough, and the Rightmove listing itself was detailed and accurate, which immediately gave us confidence in the professionalism of the business. Oliver, who showed us around initially, was professional, knowledgeable and gave us space to properly view the property without pressure. Danny Low handled the offer stage calmly and fairly, helping both sides reach agreement smoothly and transparently. The real standout throughout was Kevin Cheeseman. Kevin’s sales progression was exceptional. During what became a very stressful and delay-ridden conveyancing process (outside of the agent’s control), Kevin was proactive, persistent and completely on top of the chain. He chased solicitors, maintained communication between all parties, and ensured momentum never completely stalled. As buyers, not even the direct client of the agent, we felt supported throughout. That speaks volumes about Kevin’s professionalism and integrity. When things became tense, Kevin remained calm, solutions-focused and highly responsive. We genuinely believe the transaction could have fallen apart without his involvement. If we ever come to sell this property, The Property Explorer will be our first call. We would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Probate Sale - Top class Estate Agents

Top class Estate Agents. We had to sell our family home after the deaths of our parents, which in itself was a very emotional hard task to go through. However from the first contact through the process of selling our home, both Dan Low and Kevin Cheeseman have been outstanding. Full of compassion,empathy and patience with us. All members of the team that had any dealings with our property, including those who were showing potential buyers round were respectful to the property and very mindful of how this property came to market. They updated us, in detail at each step of the process. And happy to go at a pace which was comfortable for me, as letting go of my parent's house was really really hard. They made this process flow smoothly and without any problems. I would highly recommend this company to sell any house of mine. They recommended a very good solicitor, Rowberry Morris in Tadley. Who I found to be professional, friendly, compassionate and empathetic to our situation. In particular with the two lovely ladies I was dealing with, Tracy Greenhalgh and Hayley Butler were kind and filled me with confidence and also updated me through every step of the process, which ran smoothly with no problems. I have received truly exception service from everyone at The Property Explorer, over several years. Originally in connection with a property rental, but more recently a property purchase and also mortgage advice. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. Responses to queries or the occasional maintenance issue have always been effective, prompt, extremely friendly and very professional. I can’t give any Zero score on that property agent due to “No show “ and not professional attitudes. The property agent didn’t send me the invitation email before. When. I arrived at Basingstoke and just stay in town centre to wait ( can’t get exact address then just stand-by on its appointment. Once I got the hidden call from the agent ( Mxxk ) , who said I failed to attend on time but I did not know the details of property and can’t find it at exact location. I was Trying to take the train from London to Basingstoke but could not view anything for my relocation. Very “so-called professional “ that property agent is !!!!

Oliver, from Property Explorers, was recommended to me by a close friend. He promptly returned my call, and came to my home to propose his plan for selling the house. I also interviewed another reputable agent, the previous day. I liked Oliver’s energy and enthusiasm, on the prospect of selling for us. I agreed and signed his very simple and reasonable contract and terms. The service was concise and thorough. From the day I signed, there was a quick and beautiful photography session and went online in a couple of days. There were two or three other agents that that took over, and after Rachel on the open house, and Danny’s buyer negotiations, I got a very good offer. Kevin then finalized the entire process, which was slightly longer than I expected (due to chain), but still shorter than most sales. The communication was excellent, from start to finish. I recommended Ollie to close friends, also selling in my area, and they also sold quickly and were very happy with their results. For me, I needed someone with great follow-through and follow-up, and Property Explorers, were exactly that, for me. I would use them in future, if I needed expert agents for my next home sale or purchase. I highly recommend them.

A big thank you to Danny and Kevin at the Basingstoke branch - we had what started out as quite a stressful house sale, with the loss of a buyer, but Danny was so supportive and worked so hard to secure us a second buyer very quickly. Both Danny and Kev have been so patient and always quick to respond to any enquiries we've had. From start to finish, they've been positive, patient and helpful and we would not hesitate to use them for any future house moves!
