I rented a maisonette from The Property Explorer and as a tenant we received great service from them. Any questions we had, The Property Explorer were quick to answer and refer to the landlord which meant all issues and queries were dealt with quickly. They are all very friendly and our check out was quick and easy and our deposit was returned in a timely fashion. All in all, I would recommend if you are looking to rent a flat/ house.

Oliver Brooks - Director of the Basingstoke office, could not have been more helpful to me in selling my home. He listened to what my plans were, gave me good advice on pricing my property, and followed up with me after viewings. During the 6 months, all the team at the Basingstoke office were very helpful, and quick to respond to me. Also, the post sales support service was very efficient, keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale. I would highly recommend Property Explorer to future sellers, as a fast, cost effective, and very efficient Estate Agent.

This is what I thought before my agent (Explorer) offered to loan me my mortgage payments when I got into difficulty. I was shocked when they offered and they actually paid my mortgage for three months to help me continue with my sale.Not only did they step up when I needed them, they got results where other agents failed! I was on the market with two agents prior to Explorer (A typical big agent, and a well-known internet agent) both were pretty useless. Explorer never gave up despite their fees being cheaper, they were just human and actually listened to what I had to say and worked around what I wanted. I am now moved and very happy, thanks to all at Explorer, I couldn’t have done it without you. Fiona-Hatch warren.

The team have been brilliant in assisting with my first house purchase. As a buyer I have often felt estate agents apply a lot of pressure but this couldn't have been further from the experience I had with The Property Explorer. They were efficient and happy to help out with any queries I had which helped maintain good communication with the seller outside of the formal solicitor route and get things moving quickly. If there was ever a question that couldn't be answered straight away, there was always a response within 24hrs.The team are obviously very good at what they do, giving good sales chat and negotiating hard for their clients. If you are willing to accept that as a necessary part of buying a home then I would highly recommend them as their proactive and friendly approach has been a real weight off of my shoulders.

We only have good things to say about The Property Explorer! Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end and delivered on all of their promises! We paid their upfront fee which saved us a lot of money! We were apprehensive about doing this in the beginning but Oliver put our minds at rest and assured us that we would receive the utmost care and customer service which they, as a company, pride themselves on! The marketing of our property was spot on and the open day was a success with five offers at full asking price. Oliver then went on to negotiate higher offers and achieved an offer above our asking price which we were absolutely over the moon about! The whole team are all friendly and helpful and kept us informed at all times. Will in the after sales progression team always kept us informed too and pushed to get our sale completed! He was brilliant and always helpful! I have already been recommending The Property Explorer to everyone and will definitely use them again in the future. Other agents could definitely take a few leaves out of their book! Thanks again to Oliver, Will, Oli and Jess and the rest of the team! You're all amazing!

After the agreed asking price, I did have to wait a week until the sales progression team got in contact with me; there was a mis communication error on their part for which they were very apologetic about. I did have to chase quite a lot as we wanted to complete quite quickly- but on chasing each time the estate agents would contact me later that day or next day with the result/answers which was great. They answered and explained all my questions in detail and were very polite and helpful

GoogleI would highly recommend Property Explorer. We sold and brought through Property Explorer and received a first class service. Our house sold for more than the asking price within a few days and our purchase was straight forward and stress free. Although the chain became complicated we were updated and reassured through out the process.

GoogleLimited dealings, however, I asked to take a property for rent over the phone, but they refused, insisted on a viewing, which I arranged despite a 3 hour round trip (which they knew about) and then made an offer only to be told someone else had already made an offer before me and it was £50 higher per month the price quoted on Zoopla. Very disappointing service considering they could have told me this before I traveled down so I could make my own mind up on 3 hours travel.

We have been dealing with The Property Explorer for several years now as landlords and found them friendly and very helpful at all times. On this occasion we decided to sell one of our properties and Explorer were able to put us in touch with another landlord who was looking for properties in our area. He viewed the house liked it and made us an offer of our asking price. As the weeks passed, Explorer called us weekly keeping us up to date on how the sale was progressing.They are a very efficient company and would recommend them to anyone. Staff are helpful and friendly and always have time to chat when you go to the office.

I am really happy with the service I have received from The Property Explorer. When we first spoke with them on a Thursday, we confirmed we wanted to have our property on the market as soon as possible. This was not an issue, and by the weekend, our property was on the market and on right move. All of the staff have been friendly, I have been kept informed all the way through from the viewing stage to exchange. I would definitely recommend The Property Explorer and cannot fault them in any way.

We started with a guy called Oliver Brooks - always friendly, gave honest opinions and reached over the the price we put it on Rightmove for. He also knew the people in Carsons which is who we bought a house from and when they were messing us around we reached out to Oliver who helped. All the people at Property Explorer were professional and helpful - only downside would be towards the end they disappeared until it closed but generally very good.

From start to finish we have had a very positive experience with all members of The Property Explorer team. From viewing houses, to the final rush to complete, everyone has been helpful, friendly and approachable, which was extremely important to us as we are first time buyers and new to the process. The one thing that was annoying and frustrating was the 'open house' viewings, but it seems that ALL estate agents are doing this and it was hard to avoid. Good for the sellers, terrible for the buyers.

That's how long we had been trying to sell our property and the Property Explorer made it look so easy! We have had fantastic service from start to finish. From the initial meeting at our home to the after sales team leading up to exchange and completion. We highly recommend Property Explorer and if we were to move again, we would use them, no doubt about it.

We bought our first property with The Property Explorer; and when we sold that property, we decided to go back to them as they provided a friendly service. We also bought our current house as well through them. I would recommend them to friends and family as they were able to keep within the timescale that they set to sell our flat. And we were in our new house within 4 months, which was within the timeframe that we had set out. If/when we sell our house, we will surely go back to The Property Explorer for the excellent friendly service that they have always given us.

As a landlord, the customer service that I receive is second to none. The Property Explorer team is always there to look after my property, they go the extra mile to assist in maintenance and offer their best advice/opinion to me. I used to manage my own property but since I handed over the property to them its been a hassle free period for me. My rental income is also always on time because they take their time to select the right tenants. I fully recommend Property Explorer to anyone who needs an Estate Agent.

Having used Property Explorer for almost 10 years i can honestly say that they are by far the most pro-active, accommodating and landlord focused agents i have ever used. I let multiple properties via them and given experiences elsewhere i can say that the total lack of issues i have had with them is due to their complete understanding of what a landlord requires and making sure they provide it. The whole team are friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable on the entire local property market. They actively go out of their way (and job spec) to ensure the client is completely happy but they also strike a great balance by ensuring the tenants are also dealt with in a very human and understanding way. Would be happy to recommend them in a heartbeat.

After a great experience previously there was no hesitation when I decided to sell my house again, I contacted The Property Explorer and signed for them to market my property whilst hoping that the great service I had before would be repeated. It was, from beginning to end I was kept informed, the sales team certainly know their stuff and kept on top of everything. I didn't really have to do anything, it was all taken care of. All in all it was a stress fee experience for me and well worth the money.
