On the whole our experience with Property explorer was very good, we sold quickly but had lots of problems along the way with the top of the chain which delayed the whole process (not the fault of Property Explorer)My only concern was that there were a few communication issues which caused unnecessary disruption and confusion first with our viewings and later on not always relaying information along the chain.

From start to finish The Property Explorer have been amazing, within 1 week they had sold our house and found us a new property and 11 weeks later we were in! They were in regular contact with us and the app is just amazing to see exactly how the sale and purchase is going and what has been completed. I cannot recommend them enough they were simply outstanding.

Having used Property Explorer for many years they have delivered a high quality service with continuity, Property reviews are carried out well and tenants are treated with respect. All maintenance requirements are dealt with promptly and they have an excellent panel of tradespeople to call upon. All properties have been fully tenanted and new tenants found promptly. All in all an excellent service which I am happy to recomend.
