GoogleFrom beginning to end we found Property Explorer to be amazing. All staff were friendly, honest, knowledgeable and nothing was ever too much for them. Despite a tough market for sellers our property was listed very quickly and viewings arranged promptly. Even when we lost our first buyers, another buyer was found within days!! From our experience Property Explorer are head and shoulders above every other estate agent in Basingstoke and have our highest commendation.

Property Explorer were always quick to cater for any query I had with the landlord. The inspections were always quick and painless with minimal disruption. To be honest, I never really had much to do with them which is a good thing. I recommend the service they provide as when originally viewing the property they were straightforward with negotiating a rental fee and helped all they could. Great letting agent, was a pleasure to do business with them.

GoogleThe process of selling our house from initial visit to quote, marketing, arranging viewings, negotiating the sale, liaising with Solicitors and to completion was an easy and pleasant experience. All the people at Property Explorer we’re very friendly and knowledgable. They also helped and offered advise on house purchase we had go through at the same time. Great service at a great price. It isn't often you can say you had an amazing experience selling your home however working with the team at property explorer was an absolute pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They resolved any issues that came up quickly and efficiently and made the whole move a pleasure. They offer so much more than the new online estate agents. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I will definitely use them for any future sales.

The Property Explorer have been fantastic throughout the sale of my property. The photos were extremely professional and really showed off the house to it's full potential. Their marketing strategy achieved an offer in the first week.I love that there are various price options for selling depending on your budget. They were extremely professional and kept me informed every step of the way, I have no hesitatation in recommending them.

Stop putting advertising through my letterbox. I do not want to sell through you. The thick glossy card stock with a colour photo of my neighbours house is a total was of resources and bad for the environment. It's 2022, nobody should be using unsolicited paper advertising. Stop being so greedy. If you were any good people would come to you.

GoogleSigned up as a buyer, arranged a viewing was told could not view it during week day so booked for a Saturday.the day before at 5pm ish got call property was sold.Did not understand this as was previously told there were no viewings during the week? I looked this week 2 weeks later the property is still up for sale.lucky they got 1 star.very disappointed.

Throughout my tenancy I found the service and communication levels provided to be excellent with any query being dealt with swiftly.My tenancy ended recently and it became a little complex with the date being moved forward, however everything was handled quickly and professionally despite this with a great deal of assistance provided which made things a lot easier for me so huge thanks go to Wendy in particular.Highly recommended.

It was good to be given different options for the sales process, and therefore payment. The overall sales process was handled well and I didn't have to chase for updates. Working away from the area meant that I had to rely upon the agent to deal with viewings and follow ups, which were handled well and I was kept informed through to exchange and completion. Would definitely consider using again for future property sales
