GoogleTruly exception service from Wendy and Paula at The Property Explorer, in connection with a property rental. Nothing was too much trouble. Responses to queries were super quick, and they were both extremely friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mostly we were in touch with Wendy. She is such a nice lady, who was acting very quickly if there were any questions or issues. We were so lucky to be with one of the best agency for over 4 years. Thank you very much.I would highly recommend this agency

Excellent service from start to finish. Helped me with everything, couldn’t fault this company. Found me the best place to rent. Wendy who took me to the property and answered all my questions via phone call and email after and during the process was such a nice lady and very professional 😊 would highly recommend using Property Explorer.

TrustpilotI had a great experience meeting with Oliver
I had a great experience meeting with Oliver prior to deciding on which agent to use to market my property. He was very straight and honest with me, and was the agent who was closest in their valuation of my property to what it is eventually being sold for. I would highly recommend him and his team to all.

TrustpilotThey are very proactive and supportive
They are very proactive and supportive. I do not have a negative word to say about them. And I want to thank them for the support provided to me and my family throughout the years. They deserve more than a 5 star rating.😎👍

TrustpilotIndependent company - Great service and frequent updates
After having an initial bad experience with a high street agent, I spoke to the property explorer about putting my home on the market. A reasonable rate, with a marketing strategy and professional approach they ticked the right boxes. The process of selling my home was smooth, the service was friendly and updates frequent. Couldn't have asked for a better agent.

TrustpilotMind-free service
A reliable and polite team. We have rented through Property Explorer for a few years and we have only good things to say. The team is always friendly and ready to listen and respond to any issues. Thank you for the smooth renting experience in both check-in and check-out steps.

TrustpilotCan't really fault them
have used Property Explorer for almost 7 years now to manage our rental property. They have always handled our home in a professional and efficient manner. As the title says no complaints from me and of course I would recommend their services if you are unsatisfied with your current management company or looking for someone to manage your new rental home.

TrustpilotProfessional service and can highly recommend.
I have rented for a number of years from The Property Explorer and they have provided a high level of service at all times. I have had no trouble in contacting them and always received a fast response. Having vacated to purchase a property elsewhere they made the check-out process extremely easy despite the Christmas period. I can highly recommend.

TrustpilotBrilliant agency 😀
This is my first time renting with an agency and I have to say I have had nothing but excellent service since the start from The Property Explorer. Excellent communication and when there was a small fault it was sorted very quickly! Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you to all the rental staff at The Property Explorer Basingstoke! 😀

TrustpilotTop Notch Service!
In what turned out to be a painfully slow process, all the staff at Property Explorer were very professional and helpful. often providing feedback and support regarding the whole chain rather than just the part they were focused with. We have been thoroughly impressed with Property Explorer as they have made a quite painful process as smooth as possible.

TrustpilotUnfortunately there is no minus star…
Unfortunately there is no minus star rating. It will take for ever to list for ever to list everything that went wrong. The sale of our property was straight forward but everything went wrong with the conveyancing. It took 6 months to complete the sale. I would never recommend them.

TrustpilotSale and purchase
By far the most honest and efficient estate agents in basingstoke. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, in fact i already have and that was successful also. Although i would strongly recommend the independent mortgage adviser Adrian I would not recommend simply conveyancing solicitors. Simply conveyancing were the only weak link in the chain.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
