Paul, This complaint is grossly inaccurate and bordering on libellous.To add some accurate context to your complaint; We have been your letting agent since 2008! 15 years is a long time for you to endure such a bad service. During this time, we were exclusively reporting to your mum, as instructed, due to you being overseas. Here is a snippet of her recent email to us in October this year “I would like to say a big thank you to you and the staff for all the help you have given me in the past and wish you all well for the future”You gave us 3 properties to deal with on a rent collect only basis, so we had little to do with the tenants unless they paid the rent late, which we dealt with successfully every time. Giving us more and more properties to us to handle is not the actions of a landlord that is so disappointed with our service. It’s very disappointing to me that 15 years of excellent service at reduced rates has suddenly become so bad weeks after you wanted to renegue on a legal agreement between us due to you not being able to afford our service anymore. What’s even more disappointing is that you complain about not being able to talk to a senior person when your entire 15 year experience has been dealt with by a senior lettings manager, and more recently me, the owner of the company. We have spent hours, weekends and evenings trying to help you financially which has been rewarded with you not paying us and delivery of this inaccurate review.Richard LowExplorer Group Managing Director
