GoogleI had a great experience with Property Explorer for the sale of my 4 bed house in Basingstoke.
The photos and online advert looked great and based on good advice and negotiation by Danny we got a good offer quite quickly.
The post offer phase was very challenging as we had the stamp duty holiday deadline and I also had a Target HCA deadline. The buyer was very demanding with information and the solicitors were very busy.
Kevin did a great job liasing between myself, the buyer and solicitors and if it were not for that effort the sale may have fallen through, we even managed to beat my deadlines with a few days to spare !
Based on what Property Explorer did for me it was very good value for money, so I would definitely recommend them.

Property Explorer were outstanding from the very outset. Within days of my initial call, the marketing was sent for my approval and the pictures and film were booked in. I was overwhelmed with quality of the virtual tour around my property. I had multiple viewings booked on the Friday and Saturday and received multiple offers [and a full asking-price offer] on the Monday. The property was sold that day. Property Explorer managed the relationship between me and my buyers and everything was a breeze. The staff at Property Explorer are super-friendly and it felt like they were a family run business. They are all lovely and I can’t fault them. Just for the record, the same can’t be said about the Estate Agent of a property I wanted to view myself [an Estate Agent whose name sounds like a ‘coloured building material’]. I wanted to ask about the lease before viewing the property. I tried their ‘online’ portal to send questions, rang and spoke to the Agent, who explained that I would have to view the property before I could be told about the lease. I reluctantly agreed. I arranged 3 online viewings, which were declined due to the wrong availability mistakenly being added by the customer. I phoned a very unhelpful Agent a further two times to get assistance to view the property, but in the end I just gave up. Based on my experience of trying to use an online Agent, I strongly recommend that you use a proper Estate Agent to sell your house, and Property Explorer are simply amazing!

I don’t think I have ever been made to feel so small.I found Gem to be so rude an patronising.Buying a house for the first time is very daunting anyway and I did not feel at ease talking to her.I felt like she was making judgments from the get go and that’s very arrogant behaviour from someone who is just a consultant. You never know who you are talking to over the phone or there situation so I would advise to speak to people in a more pleasant manner.It honestly sounded like she didn’t even want to give me the time of day or cared. All in all very unprofessional and I would 100% avoid or at least deal with someone else.

They took on my mum's house and from the moment Oliver Brooks stepped through the door to introduce himself and his company, my mum was put at ease to such an extent that she engaged his services straight away. Our whole family were very impressed with the way he dispelled the negative image of estate agents by being realistic in what the market was doing, how he would market my mum's house and explaining what she could expect over the next few months. Mum loved the way she was treated, feeling well looked after in phone calls and very friendly visits when showing viewers around. Dreadful communications and attitude especially of one member of staff.I see a post from last month names this person and I see her attitude towards me wasn’t a one off !!! However contacting a Manager at least the person in question was more civil. Do not think the staff actually bother to talk to each other. I was spoken to like a 12 year old ... hilarious looking back. Glad we were not doing any business with this company.
