GoogleGreat experience buying. We were first time buyers with a fairly large budget and Property Explorer were the ONLY agents in Basingstoke who took the time to email and phone us when new properties came on the market to arrange viewings, even after registering with all other agencies. I don't think I can make this clear enough just how beneficial this was for us and how much it was appreciated. Even with properties selling themselves in the current market, Property Explorer were still willing to put in the hardwork and generate interest. Very accommodating for viewings which also found to be quite difficult to arrange with other agencies. If you're a seller you have to question what you're paying for if you are using another agent, as in our experience you are not getting any sort of service unless you use Property Explorer. Used both their recommended mortgage advisor and solicitors - both were very highly rated and we would have no hesitation to use them again. All staff very friendly, very on the ball when we has a question and have genuinely no negatives at all. Remember some of the staff from when we were trying to find a rental 2 years ago, which is always a good sign at an agency if the staff are happy and stay. Intend to use again when we come to sell in the future but on the other side, and will be recommending to family in the area.

Lovely agents who are really helpful and seem willing to go the extra mile to help you, until things don’t go their way. If you decide to go with a different offer, be prepared for them to become rude, unprofessional and to hang the phone up on you. Such a shame as the agent was lovely and super helpful before hand. I completely understand being annoyed about the situation but I’m 100% sure this happens all the time in this industry. Keep it professional to customers that could potentially be returning in the future and recommending you to others. We weren’t even given the opportunity to thank the agent for his help before he had hung the phone up.

All the team from Oliver Brooks down have worked extremely hard to bring our house sale to a very satisfactory conclusion .Special mention must go to Danny Lowe who continued to negotiate on our behalf with the purchaser so that the deal could be struck .would highly recommend this estate agency who have been very helpful with every question raised

Really great service! We sold our flat that we had up for about a year with 2 other agents in less than a week. Quick and efficient work from the team and they seem to go above and beyond to get you the best deal possible. Danny in particular was really helpful in securing the asking price - we would have undersold ourselves if he hadn’t calmed our nerves and gotten us to trust his expert advice. Thank you.

A total joke of a service when purchasing my property previously. I cannot imagine a company with the level of service is surviving. I would've given them 0 stars if it was an option. Please read their reviews on Google, and also do some market research when doing business with them to ensure you know what you are getting into.

GoogleThese guys don’t give up! Trying to sell just as the market crashed in second half of 2022 has been so challenging and many Agents would have lost interest - not these guys thank goodness . Regularly working behind the scenes to get it sold and more importantly over the line they more than earned their fee. Thank you for getting it sorted , Kevin, Oliver and Danny in particular

Investors beware!!! Must Read.We had agreed to purchase a property off The property explorer and everything was going smoothly. We had paid the money to our solicitors and also money to the mortgage company for a valuation to take place when the seller had returned from "holiday" around the 21st February. We then received an email, which I have included.It seems to me that if there is a good investment opportunity, the estate agent will gazump you by contacting their family and telling them that they will just tell the agreed purchaser that the property is no longer available 🤷.I've spoken to a lot of estate agents and they have never heard of such unprofessional practice of an estate agent gazumps there own customer using a family member.Email that I received -Hi RichardHope your OK..I just tried calling but your ring tone suggests that you are overseas..We thought we should let you know ASAP that my brother has decided to purchase Rice Lane in the name of his business and turn the property into a holiday let so (unfortunately) we are no longer selling the property.A million apologies for letting you down but I thought its better to let you know ASAP rather than you incurring costs.Kind regardsDanny LowThe Property Explorer01256 321777 / 01256 399772

Find a house is not an easy process and we had to deal with lot of real estate agencies, some of them with big names, but very poor customer services. We never heard about the Property Explorer, but the experience with them, it was the best! We worked closely with Danny who provided clear guidance within the process. From the beginning, he was very serious and very professional, very transparent with the case, being there when you had some questions. I'm more an email person and I was impressed by their proactiveness in their replies( both Danny and Kevin). Till now, there was a very smooth process and we hope to be the same till the end. This company really knows how to treat a customer and to offer great services! Well done!! I highly recommend them !
