Oliver Brookes and his team were fantastic in all aspects of the sale. Their communication was good especially in our tricky personal circumstance. There was a couple of times that potential buyers had turned up for viewing when PE had not but this didn't affect things too greatly. I would definitely recommend them to others. I had been tempted to try an online agent fixed-fee, but I am really glad I went with The Property Explorer. They offered me the equivalent deal, but with the added benefit of a local office and a great team. I definitely recommend the enhanced photography option, they made the place look fantastic. After a sale was agreed they worked hard to coordinate the parties and get us to exchange.

Great support from Kevin and the team who were the estate agent for the house we were purchasing. The only reason for not rating 5 stars is that I didn't feel we got much additional value from the 'Sales progression' team and in fact it caused more complication at some points but only minor.
