Out of everyone involved in the moving process, these guys worked the hardest over the 8 months it took for us to complete. They are approachable, informative and very hard working. Google85 year old loved this team! They took on my mum's house and from the moment Oliver Brooks stepped through the door to introduce himself and his company, my mum was put at ease to such an extent that she engaged his services straight away. Our whole family were very impressed with the way he dispelled the negative image of estate agents by being realistic in what the market was doing, how he would market my mum's house and explaining what she could expect over the next few months. Mum loved the way she was treated, feeling well looked after in phone calls and very friendly visits when showing viewers around. GoogleWe were recommended Property Explorer when we decided to sell our home. It was the best advice we could have had and will not fail to recommend them in the future. All the staff at Property Explorer have always been professional and at the same time approachable in their dealings with us. From Oliver who first came to see us about putting our house on the market, Karen who arranged the viewings for us, Gen who showed the buyers around, Dan and Kevin who must have got fed up with us contacting them for information when things seemed to be stagnating further down our chain. Well, what can we say about Kevin that has not already been said? Always on the ball. Chasing solicitors and estate agents for information without being asked to do so. Keeping us in the loop. If things ever got a bit stressful he was always able to put our minds at rest. Professional to the last. Estate agents do tend to have a bad name for whatever reason. I bought my flat from The Property Explorer and remembered how sensible and helpful they were when I was bidding for it as a FTB. I then needed the The Property Explorer 5 years later to secure a quick sale of the flat -and they didn't disappoint, even when market conditions were challenging. GoogleIf I bring Cash money (350K) so I expect at least feedback. Instead of reaching out to me via email, simply cancelled my viewing stressing that tried to call me. The Property was sold when I received a question about possibility to move my viewing to a different day. I arrived to Penrith Road, 29 RG21 8XN and was told that they sold it. Maybe they are great sellers but customer approach is very poor. I bet, I could easily buy another house from them but they limited such possibility.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. Firstly I must empathise with buyers in the current market, there just isn't enough houses to accommodate the demand of buyers. GoogleProperty explorer were amazing! Going through any house sell is going to be a stressful time but Oliver, Stuart and the gang were great to have on board. As soon as we met Oliver we knew it was the right fit. Not only did we use the estate agent services we also used the financial services from Stuart. After 6 months going through a lengthy house buy and sell, we got to know each other. He was a joy to speak to. He understood all our frustrations that we were having with our solicitor and was able to sort it on our behalf. We will be going back to Stuart for when our fixed rate mortgage is up. GoogleI was very impressed with the Property Explorer team from start to finish. They managed to get us 14 viewings within a few days and 4 offers, including one at asking price. The ladies doing the viewings were charming and very professional and Oliver himself was charming and full of confidence we could get our price, and we did. We then started working with Kevin who managed the offers and his patience was limitless, handling my queries, liaising with our buyers and confidently marching the whole thing through. GoogleIt stupid that in this day and age you cant view a house without waiting for a sodding open day. Chains get completed every day and you can't view a house to move forward. There should be daily appointments available for every house that's advertised. The system needs rethinking. Business is being lost. Avoid moving unless you have 3 years to do so because you won't get an appointment for 6 months. Rubbish.
