GoogleI have recently purchased a detached property in Basingstoke. I arranged viewings with Bridges Estate agents and was welcomed by Ged who showed me two of them. He was very approachable and helpful with my questions and no pressure during the process. I was selected as a buyer one of the properties and Ged helped a lot to complete the purchase, he was very proactive, professional and always in touch. Excellent experience overall during the very stressful time. A massive Thank You to Ged especially and his colleagues at Bridges :).

GoogleAn absolutely amazing experience!!!! We decided to go with Bridges after meeting Ged!! Ged was brilliant - he understood our needs and championed our property and got us a offer within 3 weeks and we have just exchanged within than 3 months!!! The customer focus was unprecedented - Ged owned the process from start to finish!! He constantly kept us in the loop and was always around to help with anything no matter how daft the question! I can’t thank Ged enough. I must also pass on a huge thanks to John and the rest of the Bridges team in Basingstoke. I thoroughly recommend Bridges and I would use them again without any hesitation.

GoogleEasiest 5 STAR review of my life. Amazing service. So, circumstances meant I had to sell my home after only 6 months. With the ever increasing cost of living I was expecting to make a loss on my sale, however Ged and the team prevented that. Polite, friendly, honest and no sales waffle made going with Bridges and easy choice. The fact they sold for more than I went to market amd £16.5k more than I paid only 6 months earlier was a bonus. From advert to exchange in 8 weeks, pretty good! Next time I sell I will not waste my time getting multiple agents out and will skip straight to Bridges! Thank you!!!

GoogleWe recently completed on the purchase of our house in Basingstoke having relocated from Wales. We were very pleased with the professional service we received. James, Ged and the team kept us informed every step of the way, promptly dealing with any queries we had. They were very approachable and friendly and provided us with a first class service. I would have no hesitation in using Bridges again and would recommend them. It was also nice to find they are located out of town in a nice location with plenty of free parking.

GoogleLooking for a Shared Ownership property, enquired about one, instantly I was reminded that someone actually wanted to help. John Duffy wasted no time, he arranged viewings, even though it seemed impossible that he could given the short notice and availability with working hours. But honestly he met me on time, courteous, down to earth, honest - you’re not always gonna see that: Introduced me to a Mortgage Adviser that equally was on the same level, honest and no fuss. There’s the point I can’t imagine Bridges letting you get taken for a ride either. My point with John is that he worked hard and it’s not over the line but he’ll get it there I have faith. Thank you Bridges, but thank you John. 👍

GoogleMy first and main contact with bridges was John Duffy. I told him we were looking for a property for our daughter and what area/specifications we had in mind. We had a very limited area for our search and quite particular about how it should look. Well, he delivered, with exactly what she wanted, within 2 weeks. He kept us well informed throughout the process, is really approachable and I have no problem giving him my highest recommendation. Thank you John, good job.

GoogleWhat should have been a very simple sale & purchase turned into one of the most stressful property experiences I've ever been through! Pretty much anything that could have gone wrong did go wrong, James and the team at Bridges were fantastic and helped us over every hurdle that threw itself in our path. Absolutely fantastic, above & beyond expectation efforts were put in right up to the wire in order to finally get us over the line and moved. Would wholeheartedly recommend Bridges to anyone wanting an estate agent.

GoogleIf you're considering who to go with to sell your home - go with Bridges! Ged has been fantastic from start to finish. From the initial consultation where he listened to our goals for getting the house sold, provided advice and set up a plan of action for getting our place sold as quickly as possible - we had a concrete offer a week after our house went on the market (which we completed on today!), all the way to exchange and completion where he would check in with updates. His communication and manner has been fantastic and we always felt like we knew what was going on. Also, a special shout out to John as well for photographing the house and running some viewings for us too! I can't recommend the Bridges Basingstoke team enough, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleJames from Bridges in Basingstoke came to see me before Xmas and was fully prepared with details of other flats in my block that he had sold and the prices sold for and pointing out the differences and what price I could expect to get. After Xmas I said go ahead and he got several people round to view and he sold the flat within a week. Very helpful, knowledgeable and pragmatic, didn't over promise. Managed to exchange contracts within seven weeks, I was lucky to have a cash buyer. James also recommended Simply Conveyancing solicitors who were very efficient. Brilliant service I thoroughly recommend Bridges!

I can't recommend Bridges highly enough. They made a very difficult situation of selling a loved ones house, so much easier. They were responsive, quick to action and in constant communication (but not too much). From the initial discussions with Alfie Borszcz right through to the viewings, offers and legals with Katherine Ellis, they have been truly brilliant. I was dreading this process but Alfie and in particular Kathy made it so smooth.I can't actually believe we are at the end of the journey with the house sold and completed in 3 months. Thank you so much.

Bridges Estate Agents Lettings have made my property search journey stress free, I was very impressed with the level of service from the whole team. From starting with an awful experience with other local agents, Bridges soon turned my experience into a positive one. Due to having quite a wide search area, Sean and the Aldershot team, Mitch and the Camberley team and Dean and the Farnborough team listened to our needs and were very quick and knowledgeable to tell us of any new instructions coming to the market. This was so helpful as we did have a deadline to met.A special thank you to Callum, who helped us find a property that suited all our needs and as you can imagine we had many questions, but Callum was always very efficient in answering them. Also a massive thank you to Hannah Kirby and Claire Ing who took over after my offer was accepted, I honestly could not have done it without them. They were fantastic and went above and beyond for us. We are now 2 weeks into moving into our new home and we couldn't be happier. Property management have been a great support with our onward journey.Overall a super service from start to finish and would highly recommend to anyone that's looking to rent or buy.

GoogleWe had a problem selling our house last year. James told us to leave the problem with him and with in a week we are sold. We have now exchanged contracts and next week completion . Many thanks to James without whom we would not have succeeded. James is different from all the other estate agents. He treated us like friends and not just a customer. 5 stars to Bridges and James and highly recommend this team.

GoogleThis Afternoon, Ged Egan, ( Senior Client Manager) from Bridges visited my property in Basingstoke to carry out a valuation. First impressions were great. He rang me to let me know he was on his way, when he was slightly delayed by mere minutes , in traffic due to the madness of people queuing for petrol, his office informed me. On arrival , Without asking Ged removed his shoes and put a face mask on. I was really impressed with His professional but personable friendly nature. A complete breath of fresh air in comparison to two previous local estate agents which I will not name. When I discussed my requirements, Ged’s advice was refreshingly honest and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my queries on a very straight forward level, not blinding me with jargon! Really impressed with the first class service I received from start to finish. If I find myself having to market my apartment in the very near future, without hesitation I will be calling Ged Egan from Bridges.
