We started our moving process at the start of the year, Paul and the team were always present each and every step of the way. Even though we constantly rang Paul for updates and to try and get things rolling between us and our Buyer, he never turned us away and gave us his full attention. Regardless of whatever happened during our move, he was very quick to respond and remained 100% professional all of the time. If I could add more than 5 stars, I would rate it as high as it would be possible. The interaction made us feel valued and that we mattered. I rate the Basingstoke branch of Bridges a solid 10/5 stars and Paul a lovely 100/5 stars. Thank you so much for selling our home! Philip and Ami

Laura has been amazing, from selling our house to helping us with our purchase. She was regularly in touch when our home went on the market, and gave advice regarding open days. The team at Bridges stayed in touch with updates on offers and then when we had a buyer helped move things along. They showed NO enthusiasm or interest in selling our property in Woking and was a waste of three months! There is nothing more to say. Most of the phone calls was us chasing them for a response. Stay away or advertise with multiple agencies if possible.

We brought a house in Basingstoke and had Ged helping us! Showed us around the proebry and then was always at the end of a phone/ email whenever we needed him for a question. Ged was then very good when it came upto the point of exchange, keeping us updated and also helping us chase solilers along the way. Huge disappointment, big waste of time..

So me and my husband called Bridges to try and arrange a viewing, my husband spent almost 10 minutes on the phone to go through the registration process. The lady said we could go for the viewing also gave us date and time, then she said we would need to wait for a confirmation email. We never received any email. We eventually called the office the following day only to hear them say that we couldn't see the house since our house that is on the market is not under offer. They clearly consider showing a property to someone who's not in the position to buy "tomorrow" like a waste of time. My husband said "they lost a potential buyer cause if I am searching for a house and I see one I really fall in love with they cannot know if I can manage to find a way to buy it". Honestly this kind of service is not helping buyers or sellers. Maybe is just helping them to get less work to do. Such a shame.
