Buying our first home with not a lot of knowledge on how the process worked. Once Dan got involved, his communication between us made us feel so much better about situations along the way. He explained everything and always got back to us when we needed the reassurance on the upwards chain complications( nothing to do with Bridges). I am not sure this sale would have went through without him.

After using 2 other estate agents, Bridges (Hook) managed to book more appointments within the first 10 days than the previous agents put together! The sale process has been long but Kathy has been invaluable to the whole process, chasing and keeping us updated - she was on the journey with us. I would recommend Bridges to anyone else looking to sell.

They took control and sorted it all out for us and went beyond what my expectations were from an estate agent should do in my experience. My tenancy with Bridges letting agents of Farnborough is finally coming to and end and I couldn’t be happier. Problem after problem since the day we moved in. Grossly unprofessional and never willing to hold their hands up when in the wrong, they would rather try and accuse their tenants of lying.One of the agents had arranged a viewing today from 1.00 - 2.00, my wife and I with our daughter made sure we left ample time for the viewings to finish so we pulled up to the house at 2.20 and the agent was still present with the people viewing the property so we couldn’t pull up our drive which meant we had to go and waste another 15 minutes. When we returned, one of the doors was unlocked. I sent an email about the issue and the cowardly individual dealing with the case decided to call my wife rather than reply in a formal email. The representative tried to argue about the viewing going over until my wife offered to show our CCTV for proof, the representative then tried to argue that the agent wouldn’t have left the door unlocked - it was unlocked!If I could leave a minus star review I would but unfortunately I have to leave an incredibly flattering 1 star.

She went above and beyond when trying to get our sale completed, and kept me informed (even if the news wasn't what I wanted to hear) every step of the way. James and Galiye at Frimley branch were really helpful and proactive. In the last 5 months we have sold 2 houses and bought one through Bridges, and I'd be happy to recommend them

My experience with Bridges has been brilliant, and Simon Kerry especially. I have moved several times and my experience with estate agents has not been great, but Simon has restored my faith. He couldn’t do enough for us and definitely went above and beyond. He called back promptly every time I called and he wasn’t available. He went out of his way to answer any queries I had and was quite simply a Star!. I would thoroughly recommend Bridges, their professionalism and dedication and experienced staff made what is usually a very stressful experience much less so.

She was relaxed, welcoming and put our needs before her own taking the time to explain everything so clearly about the property. She was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions with a good level of detail. She gave a very rounded, helpful viewing and explained the position of the vendors in order to achieve a good outcome for them. This in turn lead to an accepted offer on the home. GoogleWe recently sold our house and completed on our new property through Bridges. Paul, Ged, Amy, Harry & the team were incredible throughout the whole process! They kept up constant communication, keeping us up to date with the progress of any viewings, offers and the sale of our house. A special shout out to Paul who, once the sale and purchase had been agreed, was constantly working with and pushing the solicitors on both sides of the sale to get it completed as fast as it did. You hear nightmare stories of estate agents, but this was certainly not the case and they even found us the house we ended up buying as well! I have been working alongside different estate agents as I am looking for a property to buy.The service here is just amazing. I met Maia who was very efficient at showing me around the property no pressure was applied as soon as she knew I was looking for something else. Instead she asked what exactly I was after then proceeded to send me details of the exact homes that I would like to purchase.I spoke to Ben by phone and again the service stands out as being one of if not the best I have come across.I feel valued even although I am aware that they have many clients to look after but it does not feel that way.I highly recommend using this company as they obviously know how to recruit GOOD people!

GoogleWe recently moved home and used Bridges as the agents to sell our place. Bridges have kept in touch with us right from the time they established office in the area. Our decision to go with Bridges was based on recommendations from our neighbours and the fact that they had build a rapport with us from previous years when we were considering moving. Throughout the process, the team have been fantastic in scheduling viewings, keeping us informed and kind in their communication. Their rental team were also great in explaining how things worked and we felt they were there to help us if we chose to go down that route. A special note of thanks to Paul who helped with negotiating and navigating all the curve balls thrown at us in the last week before the exchange. Overall, we have had a great experience and would definitely recommend Bridges.
