I've just bought my first home through Bridges, and the customer service has been fantastic. I viewed numerous houses with John Duffy, and it was a house he recommended which I ended up buying! He was able to be very flexible to my schedule with viewings, and was knowledgeable about the houses we saw. His communication was fantastic and I was kept up-to-date throughout the process. After my offer was accepted, I was passed over to James MacPhee who was also brilliant with his communication and assistance throughout the purchase process. I'm so grateful to both John and James for all they have done for me over the past few months!!

I can't be sure but it feels like…

I can't be sure but it feels like they're advertising homes that are not for sale purely to gather the data of more potential buyers (Aldershot branch). A house went up for sale on Zoopla on 10th August 2023 (I checked this on the advert history). I called on the 11th August to book a viewing. Went through the process of updating all my registration details, was told Tuesday 15th August would be good, great. They said they would confirm with sellers and send me confirmation email. Today (Monday 14th) no email yet so I emailed them to check all was going ahead and shortly received a viewing confirmation email (10.05am). At 10.16am they called me to say the sellers are reviewing offers so not doing further viewings. So it took 2 business days for you to advertise a property and it get offers? I doubt it in this market. If it had offers before today, why didn't you call me beforehand or tell me there were already offers before taking my details? Why are you still advertising it as available? What a waste of buyers time. Unsubscribed and will avoid homes advertised by Bridges in the future as I just don't trust they are really for sale at all!

I was dealing with Luke Hammond, a great estate agent! He went above an beyond! We have been looking for a place to live for a while and we're working with about 10 different estate agents to find something. I really felt luke had us in mind and gave us phone calls when new properties were available, really took some of the stress off knowing he was in our corner. None of the other agents even contacted us again we had to keep applying every time. Luke had a very sincere demeanor and was a pleasure to deal with. None of that fake smile lip service you get from other agents. Have felt really seen by Luke and would highly recommend him/bridges to anyone.

Buying/selling property is one of life’s biggest challenges…..definitely not the case when you have Bridges Estate Agent (Basingstoke) acting in your behalf. The Bridges team are excellent, knowledgeable, dedicated and super friendly. No question is too difficult or stupid and most importantly no task is too small. James, in particular, made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Not only this but Bridges have access to one the largest network of clients to help with your property needs. Fantastic service selling my flat. Had 4 different estate agents come round for valuations, and Ged from Bridges was by far the most keen and charismatic. I decided to go with Bridges purely for their enthusiasm and salesmanship. Would not recommend after wasting our time. After booking an appointment to visit a property for sale, travelling over 90 minutes to get there (outside of London) only to be told at the exact time of the viewing that the viewing is no longer available. Wasted our effort, wasted our time and wasted our travel costs. Avoid.
