GoogleGreat team, Ged went above and beyond, contacting different parties to aid in completion of sale, was a great experience from start to finish on Bridges side. Told my Daughter to use Bridges on rental of their home. Would definitely use Ged\Bridges again!!

GoogleBuying/selling property is one of life’s biggest challenges…..definitely not the case when you have Bridges Estate Agent (Basingstoke) acting in your behalf. The Bridges team are excellent, knowledgeable, dedicated and super friendly. No question is too difficult or stupid and most importantly no task is too small. James, in particular, made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Not only this but Bridges have access to one the largest network of clients to help with your property needs. The BEST and the only choice for selling/buying (& renting) in Basingstoke area. Why would you want go anywhere else?

GoogleFantastic service selling my flat. Had 4 different estate agents come round for valuations, and Ged from Bridges was by far the most keen and charismatic. I decided to go with Bridges purely for their enthusiasm and salesmanship. So glad I did as Ged and the sales team managed to achieve a deal beyond my expectation, and the highest any flat in that block has sold for. Everyone I spoke to at Bridges was always positive and high-energy - unlike other estate agents I've dealt with in the past. Loved having an estate agent that believed in the value of the property and was determined to exceed my expectations. Thank you!

GoogleMy partner and I had been searching for a flat for months with no hope. Not only did Urgen provide us with all the help we could have asked for, he was incredibly friendly and kind! If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have been accepted for our flat, we really cant be more grateful for his communication and care for our situation!

GoogleI asked to view a house in Basingstoke. Amy Furey from Bridges was the agent who organised it. Without being remotely pushy, she quickly found out what I was looking for and suggested two other properties which I had not previously considered. She showed us all three and was utterly professional, courteous and honest throughout. I would therefore highly recommend her.

GoogleWould not recommend after wasting our time. After booking an appointment to visit a property for sale, travelling over 90 minutes to get there (outside of London) only to be told at the exact time of the viewing that the viewing is no longer available. Wasted our effort, wasted our time and wasted our travel costs. Avoid.

I am so glad that I chose Bridges Estate Agents in Farnham to sell my property. I found the staff extremely professional, considerate and friendly in every way. The help they gave through a number of problems was first class and sometimes they took over and dealt with some completely. I even had telephone calls and emails on weekends and evenings in order to keep me updated on progress. Thank you so much to all the staff at Bridges for your friendly and professional service in what can be a very stressful time. I would recommend you to anyone looking for top class treatment.

Very poor experience. We asked to view a property and were given the first appointment available. The day before the viewing we got an email saying the property was let yet we were apparently first in line. The company now refuses to contact us or to view any other property they advertise. Extremely unprofessional and the last thing you want in an estate agent. avoid!
