Terrible customer service. This company is so inflated and consumed by its wide reach in Hampshire it has no care for its customer base. It can't even keep across it. No Call backs or confirmation emails sent for viewings. Nothing in my junk folder so emails clearly aren't being sent! Several times I arranged viewings on properties to be confirmed by email and then you hear nothing... Call up asking about my booking, no record at all of my interest in said property?!!On the off chance you actually do get confirmation to see a property, that's never really confirmation. 3 times I have been stood up going to the property at the arranged time and no agent turns up... ??? Call the office: - 'oh I'm sorry sir the house is now under offer.'A phone call, an email, a pigeon with a note, anything would have been nice to let me know so I don't waste my day turning up for nothing! Fuming isn't the word I'm sick and tired of being messed around by this incompetent excuse for an estate agent. Be warned!!

GoogleWhen considering selling my 3 bed house I wanted a straightforward sale as there was no chain involved. After inviting 3 agents from Basingstoke area (4 actually, one refused as my property was below their portfolio!) I had a clear decision and chose Bridges. Ged Egan gave the best rationale for the setting of the asking price and a clear strategy for services being offered by Bridges. The house went on the market on aTuesday, with 10 viewings on the following Saturday, 5 offers Monday and accepted one on Tuesday. I was able to email or text Ged and always got a timely response. The buyer was in rented accommodation so the chain really was optimal! The process was very straightforward as far as Ged and his Bridges team were concerned. Ged wasn’t afraid to chase solicitors for information and keep things moving forward.

GoogleJames and Jed have been brilliant so far, it’s very early days for selling my duplex but I’ve had a lot of people view and some potential offers pending. The photos Jed took were brilliant and so pleased with them and James has kept me up to date much more than I expected so very impressed with the Basingstoke Team. Always available, polite,helpful and kept us up to date with the progress of our flat sale.He was extremely knowledgeable and was on hand to answer any questions or queries He knows the housing market inside out and guides you through the sales process, keeping you up to date with the transaction. Despite some issues, Ged took the hassle out of selling our property, helping us out with any problems that arised during the sale, making us feel at ease. As a house buyer, i have had nothing but help and advice from the lovely Bridges’ staff in looking for a new home, from both Aldershot and Ash Vale offices. I would have no hesitation in using them, or recommending them to someone else, when selling a property.

TrustpilotAbusive rental experience, no support from Bridges
Any company that continues to do business with abusive landlords is a red flag. We were harassed and bullied, and Bridges did nothing to assist as the middle man. The fact they still do business with this particular landlord is disappointing, and we worry for the new tenants in the house that may experience the same horrible treatment. I hope in future Bridges reconsider who they partner with and how this can impact their reputation.
