Hi,
I have used Belvoir as the letting agent for our rental property for 2 ½ years now and I'm very happy with their service. They have always been very up front about cost so there are. never any surprises.
Also the maintenance department is really good and the staff so friendly. Even if it's a small job they will handle it and they will also send someone in to assess the job first and provide a quote so we can decide whether to go ahead with it. This is a very good service and you won't find that with a lot of our letting agents.
Belvoir has recently taken on managing the second property for us and there was no doubt we wanted them to continue to manage our properties. I can highlight recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent.

I am a landlord and have been letting out my properties for a number of years through a variety of agents, The level of service provided by Belvoir far exceeded my expectations when finding me a tenant. I was pleasantly surprised with how hassle free and quick the process was with very little input required by myself as they took care of everything including submitting readings to the electricity company and notifying the council etc. I will be using Belvior from now on and have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir to my family and friends.
