All the steps involved during the letting process were explained in a clear manner and there was a constant communication with regular updates which ensured that agreed upon timelines are met and all the blockers are resolved in a timely manner.

GoogleI had the great pleasure of meeting Simon Swanson the Senior Lettings Manager at Chancellors on Winchester Street in Basingstoke recently. Sitting in the pleasant surroundings of his freshly decorated office meeting area Simon was quickly able to understand my requirements using care, skill, and finesse. It was enormously reassuring that by visiting Chancellors I was on the right path and left feeling happy that Simon would diligently set to work on my behalf. Simon was a long way ahead of the other agents I approached so I would have no hesitation in saying that Landlords looking to let property in the Basingstoke area should make Simon at Chancellors their first stop as it will quite likely be the only stop they will need to make. Likewise Simon's great expertise means that he can propose the right property first time to a Tenant skillfully guiding through the path to gain entry to a new property. In short Simon Swanson of Chancellors is your first choice for Lettings in Basingstoke. Thank you very much.

GoogleMichael and Ellie at Chancellors have been excellent. They have kept me well informed throughout the process and have worked tirelessly to identify potential buyers for my home. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Michael and Ellie are always pleasant, personable and I felt really owned the sale, with our best interest at heart. Michael even worked weekends he wasn't scheduled for to make sure that the house was shown to perspective buyers. Thoroughly recommend!

Chancellors are simply inept at managing properties. Staff are incapable of maintaining a property left with them and have cost us thousands as a result of their negligence. They are a tenant's dream, but landlords, please avoid.
