I honestly can’t thank Jake enough for everything he’s done throughout the whole process of selling our home. From start to finish, he has been absolutely brilliant. When things were moving slowly, Jake was always on it, chasing things up, keeping us informed, and doing everything he could to push things along. He was always available when I needed to vent, and never made me feel like a burden, just genuinely supportive, patient, and understanding. His professionalism, communication, and overall care made a very stressful process so much easier. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend Jake and Gibson & Brennan highly enough. A fantastic service from a fantastic team!

We didn't sell our house through Gibson & Brennan but we are purchasing a house and from the very beginning they have been so helpful. They have helped us more than our estate agents selling our home. Jake helped us at the beginning with viewings and was super polite and helpful. Amazing team at Gibson & Brennan! We met Jake when we were viewing a house he was selling, we hadn't put ours on the market yet but after meeting him and liked his gentle sales approach (not pushy at all, just informative & friendly) we decided to put our house on the market with them a few days later! So glad we did, we sold our house within a month & the team could not have been more helpful, great communication, professional viewings led by them if you don't want to do them yourself & all round a fantastic team of people! They are not your standard estate agent that gives you all of the sales jargon and only interested in the sale itself, they have moved at our pace and been amazing! They have gone over and above and been very patient with us and our house hunt until we found our forever home! Excellent advice & service! I made an enquiry for a properly on rightmove and got a call back shortly after from Mickey. I was absolutely surprised by his outstanding service, honesty and transparency! Mickey took the time to explain and share so much crucial info from a investors perspective which I had very little knowledge of. I could just feel he was so genuine and helpful irrespective of whether I purchase from him or not, yet so friendly and calm! I honestly can’t believe people like him still exist, especially in this industry. Believe me I’ve dealt with so many agents lately & most of them are literally on the phone for 2 mins grabbing details and budget, no real insight or advice on where to invest, how to or anything. Whereas, we were on the phone for sometime and even guided me about tools available online and then even emailed me the links too!
