Jake, Sophie and Mickey are an amazing team of 'human beings'. I hate to use the term 'estate agents' because lets be honest 'estate agents' dont have the best reputation. Until ... Gibson & Brennan! I am a mortgage adviser by profession and i used to own an estate agents and I recently asked Gibson & Brennan to sell my buy to let flat in Leigh-on-Sea. I wouldnt have used anyone else. They offer a no bull****, empathetic, efficient, professional, highly personalised service with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. And it does not matter where in Essex or London your property is - they will get it sold with their unique and innovative online marketing skill sets. This is a totally genuine review, I purchased a house with Gibson and Brennan and met Mickey Brennan at the property who spent time showing us the property and didn't rush us, we instantly felt that it was a different experience not your usual estate agent trying to sell you a property, it was a lot more caring and professional. We had the asking price accepted within 2 days after which their sales progressor Sophie took over, i can honestly say she is absolutely brilliant at her job and keeps in contact regularly with updates with how not just your purchase but info on the whole chain as much as she can find out is progressing, she chases your solitors on the purchase and your sale and helped progress my sale as well because my estate agent Colubrid did literally nothing and it was sophies tenaciousness that helped get my sale and purchase over the line in what was a difficult and stressful 6 months. I have to mention Jake Gibson who took the the helm when sophie was away and as one of the directors i used his knowledge for some decisions i had to make and that proved invaluable. I can honestly say my experience with Gibson and Brennan was nothing but positive and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

An amazing, truly personalised service from Jake, who held our hand through the modern house selling process (we hadn't moved in over a quarter of a century!) Once the initial work was done and Mickey had spent the day showing folks round the house, Sophie (who has the patience of a saint btw) looked after us, giving us countless updates and reassurance, help to complete each step and then advice on what to expect next.
