We had an excellent experience with **George Plant and the team at Gibson and Brennan**. After being on the market with another estate agent and not having any success, we decided to switch, and we’re so glad we did. George and the team came along and managed to sell our property within just **2 weeks**, which was amazing. Their communication, professionalism, and hard work throughout the whole process were outstanding. The photos and marketing of the property were excellent and really helped showcase it properly. As a single working woman in her 60's, I wasn't sure if I could cope with the inevitable stress of moving from my home of 25 years. Gibson & Brennan have supported me every step of the way. My property was realistically priced and beautifully marketed. Viewings were communicated in advance and I felt comfortable for the team to accompany prospective buyers. I’ve used several letting agents in the past, but Mickey from Gibson & Brennan has delivered a level of service I’ve never experienced before. He is truly 11 out of 10. His communication, professionalism and pricing are outstanding, but above all, he is genuinely one of the nicest people ever. One word… incredible! After using a few top agents in Wickford with no luck pf selling in months, Mickey came round and took some incredible photos with his drome and within a week we finally sold our flat! Selling our once shared ownership flat was a journey in itself, let’s just say we had so many obstacles on the way we would have given up if it wasn’t for Gibson and Brennen! We were shown around our prospective house by Jake, he was very thorough . I fell in love with the house immediately 😍. Once we put an offer in we were introduced to Gemma who took over all the communication between us.. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she kept us constantly updated with all the buyers and solicitors. Gemma had annual leave, and left in Mickey's capable hands.
