One word… incredible! After using a few top agents in Wickford with no luck pf selling in months, Mickey came round and took some incredible photos with his drome and within a week we finally sold our flat! Selling our once shared ownership flat was a journey in itself, let’s just say we had so many obstacles on the way we would have given up if it wasn’t for Gibson and Brennen! They were there for me 100%. Honestly amazing company! Gemma was amazing I’ve worked with quite a few agents trying to sell the flat and by far Gemma was the best she chased and chased and gave us updates all the time I can’t think her enough if I could I would give them 100/10! I would highly recommend Gibson & Brennan! I have been messed about so much previously with other estate agents but I cannot fault this one. Especially Sophie. I would be lost without her 😂 nothing is too much for her, she has helped me so much with all my questions as a first time buyer, she’s taken time out of her day to go through documents with me that I didn’t understand, she has made this experience so much easier for me. They respond really fast, you don’t have to chase & they are very honest which is hard to find these days!

We are SO glad we used Gibson & Brennan. from start to finish, they have been amazing! There was no pushy sales talk when listing our house, just friendly and genuinely nice people. Our house was listed and sold in less than a month. Although the legal process was challenging, Sophie went above and beyond to ensure we reached exchange. I truly believe if we didn’t have Sophie, we would still be far from completion. Purchasing a property from Gibson and Brennan has been an outstanding experience. After a terrible ordeal with another local estate agent, which resulted in us being gazumped and losing money, it was a relief to work with such a professional and trustworthy company. I fell in love with the property as soon as I saw it and was upfront about it being at the top of my budget. They conveyed this to the seller, and to my surprise, my offer was accepted. They patiently waited for us to secure an increased mortgage offer. Sophie Morgan has been exceptional throughout, providing weekly updates on the status of our seller's onward purchase. From speaking with friends who have recently bought homes, I know that the level of service and communication provided by Sophie and the team is rare. What a brilliant service. From the time Jake gave us at the start going through everything and making it all so easy and no pressure at all. To Mickey with the photos, made the house look like a show home and really did the house justice. Then Sophie was next level amazing for all the chasing in the background, keeping the solicitors on their toes as well as other agents.
