I really can't find the words to thank enough for their services . Decent and honest people to deal with ,no misleading like most of big agency's ready for a grab . Profesional , top presentation and photos of the property . A pleasure to have them on my side . I cud give them a 100 stars but are only 5 available to give . Thank you

Both Jake and Mickey are fantastic examples of what an estate agent should be. They break the mould from the typical reputation and go completely out of their way to guide you along the journey of selling your property. Having only one previous encounter with an estate agents in the past I wasn't expecting much but can honestly say that both of them are brilliant. The property was sold in a very short period of time and they remained in constant communication to keep us updated with the developments. Both my partner and I could not recommend Gibson and Brennan enough!!!! If I could give over 5 stars I certainly would!

Jake, Sophie and Mickey are an amazing team of 'human beings'. I hate to use the term 'estate agents' because lets be honest 'estate agents' dont have the best reputation. Until ... Gibson & Brennan! I am a mortgage adviser by profession and i used to own an estate agents and I recently asked Gibson & Brennan to sell my buy to let flat in Leigh-on-Sea. I wouldnt have used anyone else. They offer a no bull****, empathetic, efficient, professional, highly personalised service with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. And it does not matter where in Essex or London your property is - they will get it sold with their unique and innovative online marketing skill sets. Lets be honest - everyone is going online now to search for their next home, if you are reading this then you alreday are! Highly recommend!

Good afternoon Mushin, I have tried to contact you as I was extremely surprised and disappointed to see that you have given us a 1 star review and that you found our service to be appalling, especially as you have never previously mentioned any dissatisfaction to us. You initially enquired about a property we were marketing, which you viewed twice before deciding to offer on it. The offer was accepted, subject to your selling your property, which you asked us to help with. We then began marketing your property, at a higher price than we initially suggested, on your instruction. We had 9 viewings in total, before you then decided that you wanted to try with an agent that was more local to you to see if that would help you get more interest. I have noticed that the property is still on the market three months later with that local agent, and for significantly less money than we were getting viewings at, so I am curious as to why you have now chosen to give us this negative review out of the blue. We pride ourselves on providing a fantastic service to everyone that we deal with, but do also accept that there are sometimes things that may go wrong or can be improved on, so would welcome the opportunity to find out why you have suddenly written this, over three months after you changed to the other agent, and since we last spoke. If you could kindly return my call from today so that we could discuss this further, it would be appreciated.

Although it was a long drawn out experience I can honestly say that Mickey Jake Sophie couldn’t have been more helpful. I never felt like I was being a pest. I felt that Sophie became a bit like a family member. I would definitely recommend them.
