Would just like to say a big thank you to Keith Langford the sales progresser for Douglas Allen. He made the whole selling and buying experience run so much smoother. We was in a chain of 6 propertys but Keith was on the ball the whole time keeping us informed as to what he had done and what the situation was with the entire chain. Completion on my dream property in under 2 months

Speechless. Truly lost for words, after searching for property’s in barkingside for months with no luck, I found my dream property before it was even on rightmove thanks to Hasan he worked really close with myself to understand exactly what I needed and gave me a call as soon as he heard about the property coming onto the market. We viewed the same day however was spectacle as the property was going through there new modern auction, however immediately Zak& Hasan felt me at ease and explained the procedure. I was confident enough to put a large deposit before completion and now in under 2 months have completed. Hasan was very helpful throughout I am convinced I still wouldn’t have found a property if it wasn’t for him. Tanya Keene, from Douglas Allen, sales progressor, is a very professional and proactive person who helped me with the sale of my mum's house sale. From the start she was in touch with me, updating me with the progress of the sale and also giving me good advice about things I needed to know, in order to manage the sale efficiently. As I hadn't sold a property before, it's good to know that there are nice people like Tanya, who give good honest advice to you with efficiency and professionalism. It can be a stressful job to do, when stepping in unknown territory, however Tanya made this seem like a smooth transition until the contract s were exchanged also supporting me even after this was done. Viewing for a property we loved

I have been looking to move to barkingside for a while now and had done a few viewings with other agents that was very basic, after calling into the barkingside branch regarding a property of interest I came across Hasan and instantly felt the warm welcome from the way he answered the phone and the passion he spoke with. However the main reason for this review was that, during weekdays myself and the Mrs work late however Douglas Allen’s Hasan catered to our needs and done a one of viewing for us at out of work hours . Even though the property was not right for us I would highly recommend Hasan and douglas Allen,as he never made us feel unwanted and took the time to listen to us!

This is an amazing estate agent with fantastic professional knowledgeable staff. I can not express how impressed I am with the service I have received from this place. Brilliant service from start to finish.

Outstanding, Thank YouWhile out viewing properties with Chadwell Heath office I met Michal Aloto at the open house, he discussed my situation and I had just put my property on the market with an online agent. After a couple of months I accepted an offer and when Michael was discussing new properties for me to buy said he thought the offer was low, he felt that he had buyers ready who could view my house and as it’s no sale no fee I agreed for him to come round. The first open house was a success and I got the offer £15,000 more. I had more viewers in one day than I’d had for past two months. This brilliant service didn’t stop, every time I’ve called the office the staff are all very helpful, Michelle took time to explain and help me understand what happens next. Excellent team effort so individual people all deserve a mention.Chadwell Heath branch manager Les secured our business by offering valuation etc on his route home after the shop had closed when other agents would not make themselves available for a further 2, 3 days. He clearly explained the process to us and inspired confidence in his teams ability to successfully market our home.Gizem handled the open house viewings with tact and diplomacy.Michelle, Michael and Charlotte were always on hand and extremely helpful when issues occurred with our buyers.Once we accepted our purchasers offer our file was moved to Andrew Bilby, sales progressor based at East Ham branch. We cannot thank Andrew enough for his conscientious and effective approach when dealing with some difficult issues. Our ongoing purchase was through an on line agent and the experience was awful but could have been a whole lot worse. Thankfully Andrew recognised the issues created by this on line agent and took it upon himself to take control of the whole chain and has worked tirelessly to ensure all parties were communicating with one another, even contacting the builders for people at the top end of the chain to keep things fluid.We have been copied into each and every email sent to keep us abreast of developments and telephones calls without prompt, have been received in order to update too, even if there have been no significant developments.Having lived in the address we have just vacated for over 27 years this has been a stressful time, but the staff at Douglas Allen have been excellent and made this process so much easier to deal with and we cannot thank them enough.I would highly recommend Douglas Allen estate agents.Thank you.

I'd previously been signed up with another agent and was getting nowhere! Jess would call me every week to see how I was getting on and we both agreed that when I came to the end of the 3 month contract I would sign up with them! Excellent service

Chloe and Abbie have been excellent in guiding us through the letting of mum's house. From the start Chloe was so professional we cancelled other agents and went with DAS. She sold the company really well, and answered every question we had thoroughly. Abbie took over for the viewing and letting phase and also kept us up to date with all that was going on. The ouse has now been let and we can keep ourselves up to date using the online system, which is good for us as we live in France. Top service so far, well done everyone!
