Property Management of our rental properties is dealt with centrally rather than at branch level. We know that both our Customer & Property Care (CPC) Department and the landlord are fully aware of the comprehensive list of maintenance issues reported and that significant works have already been completed. Unfortunately, there are some remaining issues and we would like to reassure you that we will continue to chase and ensure that they are attended to and resolved as soon as possible. Avoid Douglas Allen Basildon branch. They failed to check our buyers had the actual funds for the deposit. Smoke and mirrors as to how they let this happen. Branch manager Gregg not interested in how their procedures failed.
