Sold a crock about using their in house legal team. Paid our £25.00 REFUNDABLE deposit. Found a considerably cheaper solicitor to handle our sale but am STILL waiting for our refund since well before Christmas. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FIBS

Had a bad experience with another estate agency so thought I would try these not sold the house yet but early days the help from William Johnson at the Basildon branch has been very helpful and nothing is to much for them so hopefully won't be long before it is sold

Don't waste your time with these. Make sure that they are actually entitled to act as agents for the properties that they advertise.You will find it is a waste of time and they will try and sell you a different one.

They've cancelled my appointment numerous of times. No one ever called me back. I had to chase them up. They even checked my credit score without telling me! Horrible service. I'm so glad we used mortgage broker and different agency. Much more helpful.
