As Executor for a dear friend, I have had the responsibility for the sale of his house. From the time it was first marketed, I have been very impressed with the staff involved. The sale did take some time through no fault of Douglas Allen & the help support & updates provided have been tremendously appreciated. Particular mention must be made of Rosalie Kurton who has always been available, even after hours, extraordinarily knowledgeable & helpful. Chelsea Baldwin played her part, & more recently Riana has proved most friendly & gone out of her way to find answers for me. All these under the expert guidance of Maureen Grey of course.

Can’t fault Douglas Allen. Admittedly I didn’t end up purchasing through them but I found them, Spencer in particular, the most pro-active agents of all that I signed up with (and there were a few!). They also accommodated late and last minute viewings which really helped.With that in mind, when I come to sell, I’d use them.
